This is a private unit. The hotel and Host do not charge resort fee. MGM Signature Hotel requires that the check-in guest must be 21 years of age or older to check in with a valid government ID, credit/debit card which matches the name on their ID and $100 per night up to $300 per stay refundable security deposit. The Host is not responsible for MGM Signature Hotel security deposits.

Check-in guest's government photo ID and mobile number for identity verification and confirmed guest to sign the rental agreement are required by the Host to check in. The check-in guest must check in and may add other guests at the front desk.
