The perfect house to stay at while we attended a wedding in the area. It was clean and as described. The host communicated quickly anytime we messaged.

This was our first experience using Vrbo and we had an unpleasant experience. The AC was not working the entire stay. Messaged the owner who said he would send someone out but it never happened. The coldest it ever got was 80 degrees and during the afternoon it got much hotter.

The yard was too grown up. All the property around was pretty bad the roads were in very bad condition

Floors were dusty & had lots of dog hair on floor. Listing stated towels were provided but were not enough for people that were renting. Also, only 1 washcloth was provided for 6 people. The roads in the neighborhood were AWFUL! Potholes were TERRIBLE! Finally, the City had Boil Water Notices posted & we were not notified of such before arrival. Would NEVER stay here again!

Family Trip

We stayed for 4 nights at this beautiful cozy home and loved it, very clean. Kitchen and every room was just beautiful. Family that came by to see us that live in the area were also very impressed. Very nice furniture.Home had an enclosed back yard and porch which was perfect for our family gatherings. Check in was easy. No problems getting in touch with the host. Also let us bring our two small pups for a small fee ( every where else was double). Overall our stay was great and highly recommend thus property/house.

Clean, needed to provide more than ice towel in the master bath as well as wash cloths for both bathrooms. Master bed was a little hard for my liking but overall a good stay.

This place was very clean and comfortable. We had our 70th Family reunion at Cany Cove (Shiloh on the Lake) and it was only a 3 minute drive from the house. We've already booked it again for next year.

The property owner went out of his way to not only make our stay amazing but when we found out we needed another day he helped me add on to our booking! 110% recommend and will be booking again at this house!

The house is great and the owner was very responsive and helpful! We will be staying again when we come back up to the area to visit our friends that moved here! Highly recommend for anyone looking at this area

House was ok although Kitchen sink was backed up and leaking kitchen smelled like sewer because of that. Dog and cat hair all over the house, we had to sweep the whole house. Try to get a hold of host and don’t not respond until 6 hours later

The place was very clean and as pictured in the ad. The only downside was the directions from Google maps were unclear and the roads getting there were rough and some of the surrounding properties are not well kept. That being said, we had no issues once we settled in. We were only there for one night.

Just what’s needed!

Second stay here. Has everything you need. Nothing fancy, but clean and tidy. Plenty of room to park. Works well for our family of 4, with two kiddos under 4.

Comfortable Stay

The house is very nice and has a fully fenced backyard with lots of space. The area is quiet and perfectly located to the lake. Would definitely stay here again!

Toilet seat in owner's room was unsecured and was awkward to use. Front door combination lock was not working,& had to walk in water to get entrance to the building.Nice house otherwise.

This home is almost brand new!

Owner says built in 2023 and it looks it. Very comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The only drawback to this property is the roads in the immediate neighborhood are very rough, but I would rather have that than be located on a busy/loud street. This property is centrally located to Canton, Palestine, and Tyler which suited us perfectly. I would stay here again.
