The house was the perfect layout for my family of 9. We had 6 adults, an 8yo boy, 7yo girl and a 1yo. Check-in was a breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our family dinners without a hitch.Needless to say the game room was a hit with young and old! We got to enjoy a family movie and smores one evening in the cool outdoor seating and the easy access to the nearby pool rounded out a perfect long weekend. Everyone agreed they wanted to come back to this house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Two families had fun staying here. The “yurt” as we were calling it was a fun place to read or watch baseball. Kitchen was very adequate, they replaced the coffee maker which was broken. We would have liked a few more rolls of toilet paper, I don’t think it makes sense for it to be a “starter amount” when our stay was only 4 nights.

Amazing property

Great property for socializing with family and/or friends. The house was spacious- great kitchen and dining area for family meals. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities. The bed rooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces as well- the picnic table, the silo with outdoor furniture and the hot tub.

It’s conveniently close to Ronald but far enough away that you feel secluded in the best way. We had a blast and hopefully we will return someday.

Fabulous property with game room and hot tub!

Our two families of four loved our stay in this beautiful, clean, well equipped home. Kids and adults had a blast in the game room and hot tub! Communication with the property manager was impeccable. We hope to be back soon!

Too many threatened penalty fees for using the propert

There were so many threatened penalty fees - if there’s too many cars in the driveway, cleaning fee doesn’t include dog hair even though you’re paying a pet and cleaning charge advertised as pet friendly, fee for throwing away more than one garbage bag, fee for hot tub if they find the water fouled. Even though we didn’t use it, we opened it to make sure it was clean etc etc. It was hard to use the property freely without fear of being fined for something that they find that we were not responsible for. We left the place cleaner than we found it,

Cosy ladies weekend getaway

We had 9 ladies sleep comfortably, there was enough room for us at the dining table, and enough room in the fridge and pantry for all our food for the weekend. We all found space to lounge, and loved the decor, game room, hot tub, fire table and neighborhood for walking. On the first night we could only find one kitchen towel so I texted the property management company to ask where the rest were. They came promptly and dropped off a package of brand new kitchen towels! There was already a good number of bath and hot tub towels. The company was also quick to respond if we had any questions. We enjoyed downtown Roslyn which was only a quick drive away. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful house!

This was a wonderful get away! The kids loved the hot tub and game room! Beds were comfy and house was more spacious then pictures showed. We even saw several deer walk through! Definitely will be back!

Met expectations

We had fun. The house was not as clean as I hoped. There was lipstick on one washcloth and what looked like the c’è cream smeared on bed spread. No hot water in one shower because the handle was stuck. Easy fix but took 24 hours t get someone there. Then he seemed so put off by having to be there. Otherwise the house was great but we won’t rent this house again.

Beautiful Property

Had some issues w/the downstairs toilet, and few other things. The list of do/don'ts was intimidating. The cabin is in a nice area, and not far from other fun stuff.

It was in a great location and our kids enjoyed biking in the cul de sac, visiting the little jungle gym and walking around the neighborhood. It fit two adult couples and 3 little kids just great! The outside fire pit area and hot tub were great and the kids enjoyed the very clean garage game room. Would definitely stay again!
