Welcome to our serene retreat in Branson West, a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath black house nestled amidst nature on a private 35 acres and just minutes from Silver Dollar City and Table Rock Lake.
Inside, you'll find a cozy king bedroom and a comfortable queen bedroom, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. Unwind in the tranquil ambiance with the melody of birdsong and amenities such as a fire pit, surround sound TV, family games, and a record player for entertainment.
Step outside to our inviting outdoor spaces, featuring a grill for cookouts, outdoor dining area, and a relaxing sitting area where you can enjoy the fresh air and serene surroundings. Our covered patio has everything you'll need for a relaxing evening, TV, hot tub, and fire pit! Our circle driveway makes parking convenient, especially for boats.
The kitchen is stocked with essentials and includes a margarita machine for added enjoyment. Additional sleeping space is available with a pull-out queen sofa bed, accommodating larger groups comfortably.
Access to a private pool is just a stones throw away. Located a short walk or drive past Hideaway in the Treetops (1/4 mile) is a private pool, shared with one other home on the property. Complete with a covered patio, TV, bathroom, and refrigerator the Hideaway pool is sure to provide hours of enjoyment. Pool is heated and kept in the mid 80's. Pool opening and closing dates are not fixed, so feel free to message your host to confirm the pool is open. Pool access is available daily between 8AM - 9PM.
Escape to our quaint haven in Branson West, where relaxation and adventure await in equal measure.
INTERACTIONS WITH NATURE: We kindly ask our guests to enjoy their stay at ....... while being mindful of the local wildlife. The surroundings of our property may attract various animals, including birds, squirrels, deer, and snakes. While these creatures add to the natural beauty of the area, we encourage caution and respect during encounters. Please refrain from feeding the animals and stay out of the wooded area, as there are snakes in the area.
Children are more than welcome. We love families! However, please be aware that the home is not "child proof", so watch those sharp corners, outlets, grill and the firepit area.

A little back story on our journey; Kim and I have been together for over a decade and absolutely LOVE to travel! We met in 2010 and were married in 2014. Even though starting out as a young couple we couldn't afford much we always made it a priority to get out and explore our beautiful world. Kim has been a small business owner since 2009 and is an avid animal lover. She recently sold her dog boarding and grooming facility to stay at home with our two sons. She is such a wonderful mother and person with a caring and compassionate heart that shines so bright in all she does. Even with young children we've made a commitment to continue our traveling as we believe its so important for them to learn the passion of exploration and diversity!
I (Adam) am a passionate and enthusiastic professional working in the renewable energy industry. My work and our travels have taught me the importance of environmental stewardship. After all we only have one planet so preserving its natural beauty is a primary driver of mine.
We discovered vacation rentals as our chosen accommodations about 6-7 years ago and since then haven't stayed anywhere else on our travels! We love the ability to stay in a home instead of a hotel or condo in order to both have all the accommodations of home, while still enjoying privacy and peace & quiet. We loved the concept so much that we decided to buy our own place that we loved and share it with others. We trust that you'll love it to. One thing you might notice about Sage by the Sea is that we have created a space that feels more like a home than just a vacation spot. With our family growing we designed a space that both our guests and us would feel at home while visiting. We want you and your family to feel right at home in our space and will do whatever we can to give you a 5 star experience.
