Experience Faribault like a local in this remodeled, 3-bedroom house in a lovely neighborhood right next to the Shattuck-St. Mary's campus. The "All Inn" is perfect for a group of friends or a family getaway; two bedrooms (each with a queen) and a full bath located on the main floor and the large third bedroom (with a full bed, twin bed and futon) and full bath located on the lower level.

Turn on the gas fireplace and cozy up to watch TV in the living room, or cook in the remodeled kitchen. Enjoy the featured amenities such as ultrahigh speed internet (1 gbps), WiFi, heating, AC, hair dryer, iron, and washing machine/dryer. There are 3 TVs in the home: 2 smart TVs and one Roku stick along with Apple TV.

For security purposes there are (3) EXTERIOR security cameras, one at the front door, one at the side garage door, and one at the exterior patio door. There are NO interior cameras or recording devices of any kind.

Great amenities and location

Snacks, coffee and anything else you could ever need while traveling was available for us to use. The host was very accomodating and easy to work with. Great location and a beautiful place to stay.

SSM House

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and couldn’t be happier. It is so close to SSM campus and the town center where all of the restaurants are located. The house is clean, comfortable and a quiet street. We will be back again.

A fun 4 days !

Stayed at this sweet house with 3 adult sisters. Was a beautiful , clean home! Despite some initial issues we had, the stay was amazing !! The owner and property manager were completely responsive and kind. The issue we had was quickly resolved and they even gave us a gift card for a local estery for our issue! Very kind of them! Would definitely stay here again. So many good things about staying in a home away from home. Thanks for such a wonderful stay in Faribault! I can safely say all 4 of us fell in love with Faribault!

Great stay!

Hosts were very accommodating to our requests. Sorry about us setting the alarm off when searing our Thanksgiving roast. The standouts about this property in 16 degree weather were the jetted tub, heated bathroom floors, and gas fireplace. Thanks again.

Excellent Family Stay

The home was perfect for our family. There is plenty of space for each to retreat to their own room at the end of the day (and for kids to sleep uninterrupted by others) and great family space to gather. The home is very close Shattuck and their golf course, which was incredibly convenient for us. The house was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great family-friendly spot, especially if you are in town for Shattuck events, camps, or visiting kids at school.

This was a wonderful spot for a group of Ole grads to stay during a reunion weekend. Comfortable, quiet, clean, roomy…a great place for catching up on our current lives and reminiscing about our college years. Conveniently located about twenty minutes from the St. Olaf College campus.

We stayed here for a wedding in Faribault and it was lovely. Great location so close to town. No weird smells in in house, beautiful outdoor space, everything just as described. I had a question for the owner before we arrived and she got back to me promptly and courteously. Can’t recommend enough!

Wonderful place to stay

The home was clean and had great amenities. Close to town and in a nice neighborhood. Would stay here again. Only small issue is Upstairs beds are high off the floor hard for older adults to use.
