This message is important as your booking is not final until the following additional steps have been completed and it must be completed within 48 hours or you may lose your booking.
- Signed Renter Agreement: Please ensure you sign the Renters Agreement within 48 hours of booking or before check-in, which ever is earlier.

Minimum Age - Please note that the minimum check-in age is 21. Families and responsible adults ONLY.

Smoke-Free Property - This condo is a smoke-free property. No smoking is allowed inside the condo or on the balcony. See smoking policy for designated smoke areas. Smoking in the condo will result in the loss of your security deposit.

No Pets - Unfortunately, no pets are allowed anywhere on the resort.

Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are observed after 10:30 PM. Please be considerate of your neighbors.

Respect the Property - Please treat the condo as you would your own home. Take care of the furnishings and amenities, and help us maintain a clean and welcoming environment for future guests.

House parties, loud noises and unlawful activities are prohibited, violation of this will result in eviction.
