Welcome to our charming two-bedroom unit near downtown Fort Lauderdale! Enjoy private patio areas and access to a shared dockside sitting area on the New River, perfect for watching mega yachts sail by. The unit features a cozy living room, full kitchen, Florida room with wide open views of the passing mega yachts. Just a short walk to great food, a marketplace, and a beautiful park. Book your stay for a perfect blend of relaxation and convenience!

You are permitted to dock a boat up to 35' during your stay. Boat services are not available.

The sitting area on the dock is a shared space with one other unit. Only registered guests are allowed. Guests from unit #1 cannot enter this space after 9:00pm for privacy from #2 which has direct access.

We are locals and are happy to give recommendations. Our team can be reached any time through the platform.

*Maximum occupancy is 4 at all times. All guests must be registered.

*Maximum number of vehicles is 1 at all times. All other vehicles will be towed at the owners expense.

*Parties are strictly prohibited. Our properties are monitored with exterior surveillance. We will alert the authorities immediately for any sign of a party. We will immediately evict without refund and impose a minimum fine of $500 or the maximum fine allowed by the booking platform for any violation of this rule.

*Smoking is not permitted inside or outside within 20 feet of any window or door of the building. This includes the use of marijuana and vaping. Our staff will report any evidence during or after your stay during their daily inspections of the property grounds. Our smoke detectors may be remotely monitored. Tampering with smoke detectors or evidence of smoking will result in immediate eviction without refund and a minimum fine of $250 or the maximum fine allowed by Airbnb.

*Use of the provided linens to remove makeup will result in the loss of deposit.

*Missing items will be billed at two times the replacement cost.

*Quiet hours between 10pm and 9am.
