Beautiful condo and location is great. Has everything you need for your stay. Highly recommend this rental. Owner can recommend linen company who was also great to work with and inexpensive.

Spacious Apartment in North Ocean City

This very comfortable 2nd floor apartment has a large living room, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a million dollar view of the ocean. We enjoyed the quiet of the area (along with the crash of waves) with easy access to activities further south. Will definately return.

Truly a wonderful place

The location, condo, deck, everything about Steve's place was wondering! It was so relaxing and nice to be able to walk back from the beach for lunch and nap time. Can't wait to book again next year :)

LOVED the porch!

The porch had overhead shade but we could still see the ocean. It was huge and the best place to start and end each day. The owner was great and communicative! Love the Friday to Friday rentals because Saturday to Saturday has awful traffic and grocery store crowds. We would definately stay here again.

Beachfront, easy access to the beach

We enjoyed our stay very much. The porch was the best part. We were able to view the beach and spend time outdoors in the shade.

Wonderful Beachfront Condo

We had a great time staying at this wonderful beachfront condo, with a spacious open living/kitchen/dining area and HUGE outdoor patio. Very convenient to the beach with additional beach chairs/toys in the downstairs locker was a great bonus! Well stocked with cookware & utensils and cleaning supplies. We had a great time, loved having the washer/dryer in unit as well. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Location, Comfortable Home!

Location, location, location. This property is extremely comfortable, from the couch, to the mattresses, to the outdoor furniture. Relatively well-equipped kitchen. Decor is dated, some things need updating, but I felt instantly at home here, no complaints. Small initial hiccup with cleaning service but owner was immediately responsive and problem was solved within the hour. Owner was available for small questions quickly and my stay was just what the doctor ordered!

Really enjoyed being right on the beach. Super convenient with the kids, plenty to do within walking distance & did not have to deal with downtown.

Yearly vacation

First time we opted for ocean front and it’s definitely worth it! Steve was great with all aspects of the trip! Definitely plan on coming back!

Great experience

The view and beach access were outstanding. Also very conveniently located to good restaurants, shopping, coffee shops. An added bonus to have covered parking which keeps the car cool on the hot days. The owner was very responsive and organized. We had a great experience and would go back again. Two thumbs up!!

By far the most beautiful place I've state in OC yet!!

The condo was perfectly clean, the owner was very easy to work with. Everything was as promised, which made our vacation extremely enjoyable. The large balcony made it easy to relax. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Ocean Front Place

My husband and I just returned from a relaxing vacation at this clean, comfortable, spacious and well-maintained property. We enjoyed the sights and sounds that only an ocean front condo can offer. The owner was very helpful and answered all our questions in a very timely fashion. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative.
