Absolutely a great location here at the beach. We always choose to come down off-season for a less crowded area. The layout of the unit is fabulous. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Location on the boardwalk is ideal for meeting all your needs and some wonderful people watching. I’m not sure the last time they mopped the flooring however if we walked around barefoot or with socks, our feet ended up very filthy Everything else in the unit is spotless Would absolutely stay here again.

Very roomy. Loved having a bathroom for each bedroom.We booked this for the music festival and it was the perfect location. They did not overinflate the prices like other condos in the same building.

Great location. Right on the boardwalk, however, noise from boardwalk can be heard within the condo at all hours of the day and night. Unit could use some maintenance and upgrades. Carpet worn in bedroom. Sliding glass door is hard to open and should be replaced. Overall, had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

We visited during the Crusin Oc Event unknowing and enjoyed it very much they had a parade on the board walk and we were able to watch from the balcony making it extra special.

Nice stay

Condo was nice, appliances were handy. Master bedroom tv wasn’t hooked up, management came right over to fix it. However the master bedroom carpet is in horrible condition.

Great Week

My husband and two kids with spouses had a great time ! 3 beds/3baths worked perfectly. Access to beach and boardwalk was easy. A little loud at night from boardwalk but worth it. Kitchen well equipped. Could use a little updating but didnt affect our stay. Thanks for the memories!

St. Paddy's Weekend

We enjoyed the location for bar hopping on the weekend, and watching the activity on the Boardwalk. The porch furniture could use some attention. Some chairs were completely unusable, and the screen door continuously came off the track. However, the unit was clean and spacious and gave each couple privacy.

Boardwalk vacation

The property had lots of space and was nicely decorated but we had to clean black dust off of all surfaces before we started our vacation (our socks were black after 5 minutes of walking in room, hand was dirty after wiping it across counter). When searching for a property we specifically looked for a pool and gym. My father who has severe arthritis wanted to continue his water therapy and my husband and son who are in training wanted to continue their fitness routines. This listing highlighted the pool and gym amenities. Our biggest disappointment was that the pool and work out room were closed even though all the other properties around us had theirs open. The property was nicely located on boardwalk but I suggest that you sleep with a fan to drowned out the late night noise.

Very nice location. Unit/Building Severely Neglected

Been staying at Belmont for 15 years. Have stayed in different units over the years, but this particular Unit 304 several times. I don't know if was sold and under new ownership??? But the unit has been severely neglected. Broken furniture (all; couch, chairs, bedframes.). Appliances not working properly. Terrible beds (Just broken down. My back ached all week.) Parking garage gate doesn't work. The security guard in the building is a nut case. Left a message on my phone threatening me for parking in the wrong spot. Complete nut case. So, after 15 years, I think I'm done here and moving to a new location. The value for what we pay is no longer!

Very nice Condo in the middle of everything!

Lots of entertainment and dining within walking distance. We left our car in the garage pretty much the whole week. Parasailing, boat cruises, dining, all within a few blocks walking distance. Entertainment nightly along the Boardwalk. Our rooms were comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. Many of our meals were made at our condo to eliminate costly dining out. The beach is right there in front of us. The screen door of the living room was off track and didn't work properly. I notified management and they promised to send someone to fix it. No one came the whole week we were there. I suspect it was that way the whole Summer from other reviews I read. A few things needed cleaned when the cleaning inspector came around. The master bath shower inside looked like it needed cleaned. The lock on the master patio door was frozen up. It wouldn't lock. Again, I reported it and no one came. Overall, we would stay there again sometime in the future and I would recommend it to someone else. I felt secure staying there. There is a locked door to get into the building and garage. You are given codes to get in. We enjoyed our stay!

Great place in the thick of everything!

We weren't sure about spending the money to get a place right on the Boardwalk but man I'm glad we did! Waking up and being able to watch the sunrise over the ocean with a cup of coffee on the balcony was almost a spiritual experience. Being able to just walk downstairs and find yourself on the boardwalk was a great convenience as well. The only time we drove was to go to a couple restaurants up north a little and once in Western OC. The rest of the time we walked everywhere. The condo is plenty big enough to stretch out too. We had my wife and I, our daughter and her boyfriend, our son and my father who rides an electric scooter and it was tight getting it on/off the elevator but worked out just fine. We opted for the linen service as well and well worth it. The place has all the kitchen stuff you'd want and even though we were on vacation, we did cook a couple times and had everything we needed. If I were to make any suggestions, it would be to get a dining set for at least 6 (place sleeps 8 so it would make sense that most would want to eat together), get a large sectional for the living area to free up the space where the 2 arm chairs are and get rid of them and lastly, maybe get a larger tv now that they've come down in price. We loved that it was a smart TV but since some had to watch from the dining area, the screen seemed a little small for the space. :) All in all a great place that we would for sure rent again next year!

Wonderful family vaca!

Property is located just at the beginning of boardwalk so it is more calm then farther down. VERY noisy at night and beach is a decent walk away but we’d stay here again! Condo had a great assortment of pots and pans. Wish linens were included for the price. The pool is small but perfect for small kids. You CANNOT get into the garage with a rooftop cargo container so you’ll have to unload downstairs. There’s one elevator on each side and it takes forever! Location was great, the week was great, and it was one of our fav vacas so far!

Want to go back and do it all over again!

Condo was impressive. Loved the location, the pool, and the parking garage. Lots of room to walk around. It was a great trip, and I would definitely stay here again. Only item that was annoying was that one of the Parking garage devices battery was dead upon arrival, and the same one died again during the stay. It might have a short in the device. Other than that, it was awesome!
