Sandcastle on 2nd - New Construction, Heated Pool, GOLF CART, Steps to Beach!

Welcome to our beach house! This new construction home is ideal for fun and relaxation. On the ocean side of A1A, this 3 level house sleeps 14. Take a dip into the heated pool under the shady palm trees and clean turf backyard. Several balconies make for tons of outdoor space and the elevator means no lugging suitcases upstairs. There are king beds in 4 bedrooms and 2 twin-over-full bunks in the 5th.

A brand new 2025 6-seater golf cart is included free of charge with the house. This can be driven to restaurants, bars, the grocery store, parks, etc.

location to the beach and as a home base was perfect!We loved the floor plan - so much room for 9 women! And the kitchen and 3rd floor area was perfect for us to cook and laugh and play games. The pool and elevator are wonderful additions, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy and sooo comfy. We really didn't want to leave!

Beautiful vacation home

We loved our stay at this house! The house is new, spotless and very well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were modern and luxurious. Our kids and grandson enjoyed the pool. The locations is perfect - short walk down the private road to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We highly recommend and look forward to staying again!

Great location overall. House is near the beach, bars and restaurants. Golf cart was excellent. Does not have a full view of the ocean but an easy access bridge at the end of the block. Also had some cheaper furniture that didn’t quite live up to the awesomeness of the house.

A gem of a place

We loved our stay here, great location, house offered all the amenities that made our stay enjoyable. We had plenty of room, enjoyed the pool area and all the outdoor seating. The host was great and fast response time. Short walk to beach, restaurants and our favorite coffee shop. Would love to stay here again.

Annual family beach trip. House met all of our needs. Elevator was a lifesaver! Pool was so relaxing! Side gate was the perfect choice when returning from the beach. Food was within walking distance! The home was everything and more. By the pictures we expected a beautiful home, but the home exceeded our expectations. Any questions we had were addressed immediately. We certainly will be back again some day when the grandkids get older. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Fun in the sun!

We loved our stay at Sandcastle on 2nd. The location is amazing, just a short walk to the end of the street to beach access and on the beach side of A1A. The property was clean, well provisioned and well laid out. Elevator is helpful for suitcases, and the golf cart was a fun bonus. As you can tell from the pictures, the house is very vertical which helped keep our vacation bodies in shape ;). Property owner was incredibly responsive and the directions for checkin, our stay and check out were very clear and reasonable. We highly recommend this house and location!

50th Birthday Celebration!

We stayed at this lovely home with my sisters and close friends to celebrate my 50th! The home was absolutely perfect from the comfortable bedrooms with blackout shades and cozy bedding to bathroom amenities! The kitchen was stocked with ever hung we needed as well! There were beach towels and chairs and gorgeous furniture throughout the home! Thank you thank you!

Wonderful Property

We had a wonderful stay at this property! From start to finish, the communication with the host was seamless and incredibly responsive—our questions were answered quickly, and we felt well taken care of throughout the booking process and during our stay. The property itself is lovely and a short walk to the beach. The house layout was perfect for our group, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Each bedroom was large and comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and well appointed. The heated pool area was a great spot for us to hang out and relax. We look forward to returning soon.
