Si lo que buscas es una ubicación privilegiada y mucho espacio, ¡no busques más! Los techos abovedados en el piso superior brindan una sensación abierta a la sala de estar, el comedor y la cocina de este gran plano de planta de 2 habitaciones, 3 baños. Ubicado en la calle de The Village y la entrada a la góndola, obtienes la ubicación privilegiada sin todo el ajetreo y el bullicio. Con un enorme televisor de pantalla plana, una gran chimenea de leña seccional y acogedora en la sala de estar, completa con reproductor de DVD / CD, es perfecta para la noche de películas. La cocina está totalmente equipada, como en casa, y hay asientos en el comedor para todos y algunos.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama Cal King con TV de pantalla plana y baño completo en suite, mientras que el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama doble y una cama Queen también con TV de pantalla plana y baño completo. Incluso hay un baño adicional con ducha de pie en el nivel de vida principal. El complejo Helios North ofrece un garaje subterráneo, sauna y jacuzzi en la azotea. Family boarding trip

Switched off riding with my spouse since we had two infants with us, easy and quick access to village gondola made it feasible for us to both ride in a day.Plenty of space for us to hang out and be together in the evenings.

Very accommodating

The location alone is worth the price of admission. Just a block away from the village was the right distance for convenience and seclusion. The comfortable beds and clean rooms are a bonus.

Perfect location, spacious

This was a fantastic property. 5 min walk to the village and plenty of space to host a group. The stairs from garage could be tough for a more senior crowd but easy for the young bucks!

Beautiful Condo and Great Location

This condo was just right for our family of 4. The open concept kitchen and loving area were very comfortable. It was nice to have small amenities when we arrived. The location was walking distance to the village. Overall a great stay and we would stay there again.

The location and condo were perfect for the 4 of us. 3 bathrooms were perfect for my husband, myself and 2 friends (that were not a couple). The layout was perfect for all of us to chill, cook, enjoy the fire, play board games, watch movies, and be comfortable. The location was perfect to where we walked to the gondola and town. We will be back

Yes, great location to village. Here are our list of reasons for two stars - you have to go to the property management office to pick up keys, which is a few miles away. Pitch black when we arrived so difficult to find and see numbers on door plus the porch light was not left on for us. Mounted next to the door has one of those locks with keypad that stores a key…didn’t understand why they wouldn’t leave jet there? Decor is outdated. Beds have the old style comforters that we’re certain are not being washed after each turnover. Master bedroom one was dirty with some noticeable stains. One day they had workers removing snow from roofs and pretty much blocked us in. No notice given and we had to climb over to get out. They were so loud on roof and shook the unit so much one of the decor items fell and broke (made sure we reported so we wouldn’t be wrongfully responsible). When you leave - you must return the keys back to the office, which again is a few miles away. The last and I’d say most unreasonable is you must take out all the trash to the bins. Isn’t that the reason for the cleaning fee? That was a first for us for this type of rental. Rather stay in a hotel for less, have better, cleaner bedding and not be a maid on vacation.

The check in and check out process were seamless. The condo was basic, but comfortable. We had an issue with cleanliness and had to stay up until 2am washing sheets the first night. The property manager was helpful in resolving the issue. I would recommend Helios North #5 mainly based on location.

Accommodations were adequate but for the price, I’d expect more care taken. The property and decorations are dated and damaged exterior). I knew there was no AC but there were also very few windows that even opened. On the main floor, only 1 in living room and 1 in kitchen opened. No recycling.

The unit was incredibly spacious - largest 6 person unit I've been too. Well equipped with plenty of dishes, pots, flatware, towels and blankets. The number of Nest thermostats allowed for excellent heat control. Clean! No tumbleweeds of dog hair. Did not smell like dog nor of strong cleaning chemicals. That big end unit window in photo brought in so much wonderful light during the day and the big blinds gave privacy at night. Crew worked every day to keep the paths ice-free and safe. Was unsure about underground parking since it was in the other building but it was not a hassle at all. Ended up communicating with Mgmt company after my dog caused damage. The company was responsive, polite and very fair. I highly recommend this rental unit and the management company.

Good location and comfy space

Great location - just a simple walk to gondola and shops and food. Even our little ones (4-6 year old) had no problem with the brief walk even after a day at the kids ski/snowboard academy. The place is well kept, bottom floor bedrooms and upstairs living room. A little on the smaller size, however the upstairs had a large open floor-plan with a comfy couch with big screen tv and plenty of room for our group of 2 families. Made it quite nice to relax with the kids all spread out after a day on the slopes. Large dining table with bench seating also worked well for our group. We didn't use the rec center so can't comment on that. Negatives, perhaps were minor like having to climb up stairs from parking and units close to each other, however we did not hear any neighbors at all. The building was older and we noticed some leaking pipes in the garage. But otherwise it was nice to be able to park under cover. The snow was thick and the staff were great clearing out a path right away (after our kids were able to build some snow-animals). We didn't use the fireplace but there were a ton of logs ready for use. Beds were comfortable. For the space and our needs, it worked really well and we would definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: The location of Helios is close to the Village, just a couple of hundred yard walk down the hill, and the underground garage accommodates SUVs with roof boxes. The unit, #5, is in excellent condition, with enough space for a large family, or two small families, to spend time together and socialize.
