Wonderful Location!
We have rented VRBOs around the world. We enjoyed our stay here very much! The house is lovely and the location to beaches, restaurants, and the ocean is 5-star! The owner was great at responding to questions. Some things to know before you go are the property management told us that they supply one day of some supplies and you need to buy the rest on the island. There were no personal or home cleaning supplies at all except dishwashing detergent and hand soap in the kitchen. There was a dishwasher but no detergent for it at all, no broom (home is surrounded by sand), very few trash bags, no paper towels, one kitchen sponge, 2 kitchen towels and the bathroom towels supplied were minimal at best and very old. There were 1 set of sheets for each bed. We stayed 7 nights and it was a bit of a struggle to keep the house clean and comfortable for our stay. We did beg a broom which helped from the maintenance man. We did buy what we needed and left the extras in the home, but don't know what happens to those as they are not left for the next renters. If one of us had gotten sick, we would not have been able to change the sheets or clean up well after any type of out-of-the-ordinary situation. Thankfully that did not happen. This circumstance is not typical in our experience. Overall, a beautiful home just needs a more generous supply of linens, cleaning supplies and paper products since most people are coming from a distance with no way to bring such things along.
