This two story three bedroom oceanfront bungalow provides everything needed for a relaxing stay on Curacao. The large second story porch overlooks the Caribbean Sea and stunning unobstructed sunset views. Don your dive gear and enjoy direct access to memorable diving on the house reef. The community pool and two community gazeboes provide areas for socializing with other guests or private family cookouts. This bungalow is set up for six adults and is ideal for large families or multiple couples looking to share costs.

Family Getaway

Fantastic location in a great community. The unit was perfect for my wife and I and our two adult daughters. Location is close to many beaches.

Great place in excellent location.

Could not have enjoyed our stay here more. The house is in a great location for exploring the island with tons of great beaches and snorkeling within a short drive away. Hosts are very helpful and easy to reach with anything one might need. Would happily stay here again.

Great location

Loved our stay at Marazul Dive Resort! It was very quiet with its own pool and entrances to the water, as well as plenty of restaurants within walking distance (food and cocktails were amazing!). All three bedrooms had AC and bathrooms, kitchen was stocked and lots of outdoor seating with incredible views. The property manager was very helpful and responded quickly. The washing machine is on the property and shared by all - things dry quickly. Excellent choice for a restful vacation!

Another Great stay at Marazul

Best location on the island if you want to dive and relax. Unit has plenty of room and great views. Could use a few more hooks/hangers for drying dive gear (inside or out) but otherwise very comfortable!

Great Location Overlooking the Ocean

Our stay at Marazul Dive Resort was fantastic. There was 5 of us staying at unit; 4 adults and 1 infant. The place was clean, was in a fantastic location (in our opinion, Westpunt is the nicest part of the island), overlooked the ocean, had access to the ocean, was close to many beaches, and had everything we needed. My wife and I went scuba diving with Go West Divers, which is very close by. Would highly recommend.

Lovely Spot!

We wanted to stay at the west end of Curacao & this place was perfect. Wonderful sunset view from 2nd floor deck. Quiet. Friendly community. Great beaches for snorkeling are close. Mark was an awesome host. Hope to return one day!

Lovely view

Great location. Easy access to snorkel and pool is delightful. I remember the grounds in more prestine condition on our previous stay. Shrubs and weeds could use some attention. All of our group felt the beds were very firm so if you prefer more comfort be forwarned. One toilet seat needs mounting hardware replaced. I'd stay again, no doubt.

Curacao 2024

Marazul 12 is situated in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Everything from the sunsets to snorkeling in your backyard, trips to the pools or just sitting outside enjoying the breeze this place has it all. The 5 local restaurants are better than average and each offers a little experience. The number of beaches and snorkeling spots within a comfortable driving distance are too many to name. The local dive shop was helpful and offer excellent trips for snorkeling and diving. The landscape was interesting and the wild life was abundant. We experience a variety of birds, iguanas, chickens, donkeys and goats at various places. The two spot to see flamingos were accessible. Willemstad is a reasonable drive and has so much to do and great food, if you go and want local food go the “old plaza” ask any local they will direct you. Curaçao was a great place with friendly people. We plan to return asap. Take care.

Fantastic Curaçao Week

We loved this property and the community that it was in. It is on a cliff overlooking the water and we had a beautiful sunset every night. The community pool was a short three minute walk away and there was plenty of seating and shade for when we were at the pool. One note about the pool, there is no shallow end. There’s a bench that rims the whole pool, but the rest of the pool is about 6 feet deep. There is a staircase on the cliff that allows you to get right into the Caribbean. There is good snorkeling down there. The master bedroom is upstairs. Whoever is staying up there should be prepared to climb 16 steps. Two of the bedrooms are downstairs. Kitchen was well equipped. AC worked when we needed it. It was really nice to have the outdoor space to sit and ear meals or have coffee. Very close to a lot of really good beaches. Would definitely return.

Vue sue la mer

Très joli bungalow avec une très belle galerie avec vue sur la mer et les merveilleux couchers de soleil. Très propre et convivial. On a beaucoup apprécié notre temps en famille sur ce site tranquille et tout près des belles plages.

Scuba Curacao 2022

This is our favorite place to stay in Curacao. Communication with owner and manager was great. Close to good restaurants. The reef off of marazul is still really pristine. Go West diving is a 5 minute drive. Other dive sites are near by. Boat dives available at Go West. Can’t go wrong staying here.
