Overlooking the great room is a loft with two futons, and full-sized/twin bunk bed. The walk-out lower level includes a full bath and 2 more bedrooms with queen beds and twin bunk beds in both. The rec room has another pull-out queen sofa, a flat screen high definition tv above the stone fireplace and opens to a patio leading to the pond. The home features a Sonos Wifi 6 zone sound system for your listening pleasure, allowing you seamless access to your personal music accounts through your phone or ipad along with SiriusXM channels, Spotify, Pandora, and any of your other listening favorites.

Relax with a cup of coffee on the deck with the morning sun overlooking the clean, sand-bottomed 1/3 acre private pond (complete with Otter Island swim raft) while the kids enjoy swimming and chasing frogs. Deer, turkeys, owls and other wildlife can often be spotted from the home which is surrounded by pine trees on a spacious 3 acres. Walk alongside the lake on the public trail and enjoy beautiful views of the lake from the tops of the shoreline bluffs. Wind down your day by the outdoor firepit while roasting marshmallows and being serenaded by crickets and frogs. We even supply the firewood!

The pond is stocked with bluegill, black crappies, and large-mouth bass, allowing for a great catch and release fishing experience for the kids.

Numerous games are provided for rainy day fun. Stream your favorite apps on one of our 7 flat screen tv's with our Roku devices. Your short drive to The Dells opens a whole world of entertainment including a movie theater, casino, mini golf, go-karts, roller coasters and nearly any other adventure you can think of!

A county park is just minutes away to launch your boat or other water toys. There are reasonable dock rentals available 10 minutes from the home.

There are pontoon and jet ski rentals just a few short miles away. Several restaurants and lake bars with great food and nightly entertainment await you.

Plenty of activities surround the home in winter as well. Snowmobilers have instant access to the Juneau County snowmobile trails which are right across the street. If you are looking to ski or snowboard, Cascade Mountain is only 40 minutes away and Christmas Mountain a mere 25 minutes from the home. Trails along the lake make for great snowshoeing. Several sledding hills are nearby along with cross-country skiing and sleigh rides. After a long day of playing hard in the snow, relax with a cocktail by one of the 2 cozy indoor fireplaces.
