The main level includes a spacious primary suite with a king bed and private bath, along with a second bedroom with a queen bed and an adjacent full bath. Overlooking the great room, the loft offers additional sleeping space with two futons and a full-size/twin bunk bed.

The walk-out lower level provides even more room to spread out, featuring two additional bedrooms—each with a queen bed and twin bunk beds—a full bath, and a large recreation room. The rec room includes a stone fireplace, flat-screen HDTV, a pull-out queen sofa, and direct access to the patio leading to the pond.

Throughout the home, enjoy our Sonos Wi-Fi 6, six-zone sound system, allowing seamless access to your favorite music and streaming services—including SiriusXM, Spotify, Pandora, and more—right from your phone or tablet.

Outdoor living at its best

Start your mornings with coffee on the deck as the sun rises over your private, clean, sand-bottomed 1/3-acre pond, complete with an Otter Island swim raft. Kids will love swimming, fishing, and chasing frogs, while adults relax and take in the peaceful surroundings. The pond is stocked with bluegill, black crappie, and largemouth bass—perfect for catch-and-release fishing.

Set on three wooded acres, the property is a haven for wildlife, with deer, turkeys, owls, and other native animals frequently spotted. A public lakeside trail nearby offers beautiful walks along the shoreline and scenic views of Castle Rock Lake.

Snowmobile trails are accessible right across the street, Cascade Mountain is only 40 minutes away, and Christmas Mountain is just 25 minutes from the home. The area also offers excellent snowshoeing, sledding, cross-country skiing, and sleigh rides. After a day in the snow, relax with a cocktail by one of the home’s two cozy indoor fireplaces.
