You'll find plenty of space to relax and enjoy the red and white charm, along with a wooded backyard view. The location is ideal – a quiet neighborhood that's just a quick Uber ride to downtown and close to all that Bloomington has to offer, including local restaurants, bars, and shops.

The townhome features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms across 3 levels. The main level includes the living room, kitchen with open dining area, and a half bath. Downstairs, you'll find a cozy bedroom with a full-size bed, a second living space with a double fold-down sofa and queen air mattress, and access to the garage. Upstairs, there are two en-suite bedrooms with comfortable queen-size beds, along with a front-loading washer and dryer.

We prioritize cleanliness and take great care in ensuring that our property is in top-notch condition for your arrival. You're also welcome to park up to 4-5 vehicles on the property. 1 garage space, 2 spots available in the main drive and 2 street parking spots.
