Newly updated and outfitted with high-end amenities and comfortable furnishings, this spacious home feels like a 5-star boutique hotel. With two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and two additional queen sleeper sofas, Casa Colibri offers flexible sleeping arrangements for groups of up to 8 guests. Luxurious, cloud-like mattresses ensure everyone will rest comfortably after a day of exploring or networking.

Main Level Highlights:
Open-Concept Living: A large, fully stocked kitchen opens to the dining area and main living room, where guests can unwind in front of the big screen TV. The open layout flows effortlessly to an upper deck with a dining table for four and panoramic views of San Diego’s skyline.

Private Bedrooms: The main floor features an ensuite master bedroom with a king bed, an ensuite queen bedroom, and a guest bathroom. A queen sleeper in the living room adds extra versatility.

Lower Level Retreat:
The lower level offers a second living area with another big-screen TV—perfect for movie nights or game days! There’s also a third bedroom with a king bed, a full bathroom, and an additional queen sleeper. This area opens to a lower deck with seating for six and a cozy covered brick patio we like to call The Palm Grotto.

Note on the Location:
As a San Diego city house, Casa Colibri sits close to the airport, freeways, and transit, making it incredibly convenient. While you may hear some ambient city noise, most guests find it fades into the background, allowing them to enjoy the views, ambiance, and unbeatable location. We are so close to MCRD that we can faintly hear the Marine Bugle Call in the morning and evening.

Please note: Guest booking the property must be 25 years of age or older and accept responsibility for the condition of the Property. A valid ID is required to complete the reservation process.

Your Reservation is for the number of people you have booked in your Reservation - if you desire to change the number of people it must be submitted through VRBO.

No Groups, Gatherings, or Parties are allowed on the property. The property is licensed for a maximum of 8 people for only the guests that are booked and staying overnight.

Quiet hours mandated and enforced by the City are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

We have an additional per pet fee and allow up to two dogs.

Service Animals
