Modern 3 Bedroom Lake House- Close To Restaurants and Beach Access
This newly renovated 3 bed/2 bath home is perfect for your stay on the lake. Open concept kitchen and living room provide the perfect space to entertain, or relax as a group. Enjoy panoramic waterfront views of Lake Pocotapaug both inside and out!
The spacious yard is partially fenced, perfect for lawn games, playing outside with the kids, or catching some sun.
Directly next door to the house is Lakeside Bar & Grille. On Friday and Saturday evenings (summer only) they typically have live music outside- which ends between 10:30 and 11 pm. It is a fun and lively atmosphere, but please take this into consideration when booking if you have children or anyone in your group that will be disrupted by noise. It is not terribly loud within the house, but you can hear it.
Also within walking distance is the Happiest Paddler- a locally owned kayak and paddle board rental shop. If sand and swimming are more your vibe, Sears Park is just a 5 minute walk down the street. They have public restrooms, a picnic area, and a playground for the kiddos.
Parking- The driveway can fit up to 3 vehicles. There is no off street parking.

Nicknamed the Belltown, East Hampton is a hidden gem in CT. Panoramic lake views make this the perfect romantic getaway or family vacation. Bring your paddleboards and kayaks, or walk across the street and rent a variety of water crafts at the Happiest Paddler.
Although Lake Pocotopaug is the main attraction in the summer, there is so much to take in during your stay.
The Gelston House is an opera house and restaurant- a must see if you have the time. There’s also Arrigoni winery and cidery- just a 10 minute drive from the house. They are family friendly and offer many house made wines, ciders, and snacks. Check their website as they have live music and host events throughout the year.
Finally, Lakeside Bar and Grille is directly next door. For those of you that want to indulge without driving, definitely check it out. They have a large outdoor patio/ bar, which is typically enclosed in the cooler months.
