Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 twin beds .The house offers a tranquil ambiance, perfect for guests seeking a peaceful getaway. With 2 bathrooms, including bathtub, you can indulge in ultimate relaxation. The additional living spaces, equipped with 2 futons and 2 sofas , provide ample room for multifamily or in-laws to unwind. you're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.
This property is located in nearly 3 acres feeling like in a countryside while located minutes from shopping enter about 20 -25 minutes from the white sandy beaches of Naples FL. And Marco island
It offers huge custom swimming pool (not heated ,large lanai with private backyard The home is renovated with new kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances , flooring, new Bathroom ,new fixtures ,freshly painted

Check in and communication with the host when there was a problem was great. House was not as clean as would hope, but plenty of space and beds were comfortable. For what we needed it was fine.

Host was nice. But things that could’ve been better, towels had stains. Spiders webs were seen throughout the house. The dryer had items in it. The house was a decent size.

I m really sorry Crystal I did contact our cleaning lady to let her know about forgetting clothes in the dryer she has been with us for the past 3 years and I’m surprise to be honest she been very good having no complaints from our guests in all our properties We will definitely keep in mind and remind her and her crew in regular basis with thank you for your feedback

The house was great, very clean and plenty of your room for everyone. Nick was a great host. Communication was very easy. He addressed all of our questions quickly. The pool was fantastic to come home and relax I would definitely recommend staying.

We had a great stay overall and really enjoyed our time here. The house itself was nice, the beds were comfortable, the pool was great, and communication was excellent whenever we needed anything. The hosts were responsive and truly tried to help whenever issues came up.The biggest challenge for us was the Wi-Fi. They did try to remedy the issue, but it still made it difficult to stream, browse, or do much online or with tv. but they are trying to fix. The air conditioning was also a struggle during our stay. After a power outage, getting the house back to a good temp became frustrating. Since the thermostat is controlled remotely, we weren’t really able to adjust it ourselves when needed. There were times we woke up hot and uncomfortable, and it was difficult getting things where we wanted them. We understand hosts may have preferred settings, but being able to control it yourself is important.A few smaller updates could make a big difference. I’d recommend replacing the pillows and towels and sheets. The pillows not very many and worn and could definitely use updating. The towels also seemed worn, weren’t matching sets, and there weren’t many available. Some sheet sets didn’t match either, which just a little odd. Also, the flood lights stay on from dark until sunrise, and there are quite a few of them!Overall, despite the inconveniences, we had a good experience and enjoyed our stay. Great communication! and a nice home overall. We’d still recommend it.
