The moment you enter, you are welcomed to the great room with a kitchen, dining and living room open concept. The back sliding doors invite you to the private enclosed back yard lets you enjoy the outdoors. Many easily accessible beaches just over a mile away. Easily get to the must do activities in town because it is so centrally located to everything - convenience is important! Not affected by Hurricane Ian.
The space
The driveway has amples space for 4 large vehicles or 6 compact cars, plus there is space for 2 more vehicles along the street.

As you walk into home, you're greeted with the open great room and kitchen, ample seating to gather and plan your adventures of the day. A guitar, ukulele and keyboard are waiting for your musician to set the vacation mood.

Walk straight to the back enclosed lanai with plenty of seating and a Hammock. continue to an outdoor patio with chairs and the pergola and fire pit with seating to enjoy the outdoor weather. A charcoal BBQ is waiting for your chef on the back patio. The backyard is partially enclosed and is surrounded with fruit trees. With lucky timing, the fruit will be ready for harvest and you can enjoy. Wash the sand off after a trip to the beach with the outdoor shower.

To the left of the great room is a full bath and 3 bedrooms. On the right side of the great room is the master suite and bath.

The home can sleep 16 adults or up to 19 people if young children share the futons. This home is ideal for extended families with children as up to 2 cribs are included (please ask for the cribs ahead of time, they are not set up unless requested).

There is WiFi in the home and desks in each room, ready for works stays. Children are welcome in this space and we recommend baby and beach equipment rentals from Twinkle Twinkle Little Store.
Guest access
Guests will be able to access the entire home with the exception of the closets and most of the garage, however luggage and clothing racks are provided for guests in each room. Laundry is located in the garage however there is no other guest use of the garage available as the space is leased to a different company for storage.
Other things to note
no parties are permitted and the maximum number of guests in the home may not exceed the registered number of guests on the reservation.

Our home is in an ungated neighborhood but is very safe and the neighbors are a mixture of retirees and working families. It is a very safe neighborhood. While it may not be as fancy as some of the surrounding multimillion dollar communities nearby, you in turn get to enjoy a lot of home for significantly less money. We price our home at a fraction of what it would cost to stay elsewhere because we know that budget savvy travelers come to Naples for the beaches and the weather, not for the home they are staying in. We hope you understand this value and appreciate it for what it is and the fact that you are a close drive to everything.

Please note that the fire pit might not be available for use during dry season when wild fire risk is high.

During the hot summer months, please understand that all HVAC units, including our central air system, have physical limitations and may not be able to cool the home more than 20 degrees less than the outside temperature.

We cannot accept USPS mail however UPS, FedEx and other delivery services can deliver. We recommend a PO box if you need to receive mail.
