The Space:

This remarkable property boasts seven exquisitely designed bedrooms, each offering a unique sanctuary for relaxation. Five full bathrooms provide ample space and privacy for all guests. The heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen, ready for culinary adventures, complemented by a comfortable living room, perfect for unwinding. Entertainment abounds with a pool table and a game room, while outdoors, a private pool, basketball court, 2 pickleball courts, and BBQ area await. Evenings can be spent by the inviting fire pit. Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire 7-bedroom 2 unit house, including all bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, and game room featuring a pool table and foosball. Outdoors, enjoy the private pool, hot tub, basketball court, 2 pickleball courts, and BBQ area. Relax by the fire pit or unwind in the hammocks. Free parking is available on the premises.

Nestled in a charming community, our home offers a tranquil escape with convenient access to local attractions. You're just a short drive from the San Diego Zoo Safari Park, a must-visit for animal lovers. Explore the historic downtown Escondido, with its diverse dining options ranging from casual cafes to upscale restaurants, all within a 10-15 minute drive. For shopping, head to the Westfield North County mall, also a short drive away. Enjoy the neighborhood's peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway, while still being close to the excitement of the city.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! Free parking is available on-site for your convenience. For those arriving by air, San Diego International Airport (SAN) is approximately a 45-minute drive away. While public transportation options are available, driving or using ride-sharing services is generally the most convenient way to explore the area and visit attractions like the San Diego Zoo Safari Park (a short drive away). Other Things to Note:

Pool heating is available for $150 per night. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring pets, specifying the number. A pet fee of $100 per pet applies to cover extra cleaning and upkeep, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone.
