This beautiful 3 bedroom, single level home is great for family gatherings and has everything you need to make you feel right at home! Enjoy the backyard for a summer BBQ with family or friends. The property is close to downtown Escondido, restaurants, breweries, hiking, San Diego County beaches, the San Diego Zoo Safari Park and Legoland. And it's only a short drive to Temecula, the heart of California's South Coast wine region.

This single story home has the following layout:

Master bedroom with attached full bath: One King Bed
Bedroom 2: One Queen Bed
Bathroom 3: Two Twin Beds
Bathroom 2 (full bath): not attached to any bedrooms, full bath with tub/shower combo

Free parking on premises and street parking (please abide by all street signs).
Fully stocked kitchen to make yourself at home!

Guest Access
Guest has access to the entire house.

Additional House Rules
This is a family friendly neighborhood, please respect the surrounding neighbors. Quiet hours between 9pm-9am.

No smoking-$500 fine

No partying-$1000 fine and immediate eviction

No pets

No guests permitted on the property that are not on the original reservation.

Music must be at a low volume outside and no music with profanity.

Please be respectful of our neighbors when outside.

Must be 25 and up to book.

The fireplace in the house is non operational.

PLEASE NOTE:
There are a few days of the year that we don’t allow check -ins and check- outs. These specific dates are designated as pass through days.
