Located in the peaceful community of Gulfside Cottages in Miramar Beach, this home is just a short 2-minute stroll from the sugar-white shores of the Gulf. The community pool, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, offers a sunny oasis with lounge chairs and restroom facilities for a relaxing day.

Inside, the first floor features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area bathed in natural light. The living room is furnished with a plush blue wraparound sofa and accent chair, perfect for unwinding in front of the large flatscreen TV. The modern kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large entertainment bar, while the adjacent dining area seats guests around a stylish glass-topped table with café-style chairs.
