Relaxing condo close to everything (2 bdr 2 bath)
Welcome to Reno Pines! Enjoy peace and serenity on the north side of Reno (on the border with Sparks), just out of the fray of the city center but close to everything. Approximately 10 minutes to downtown, midtown, Reno Sparks Convention Center, UNR, or Renown Regional Medical Center. Reno’s amazing restaurants, bars, and the Truckee River are all at your fingertips!
2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with balcony and dedicated workspace.
The condo is on the second floor of a two-story building, accessed by stairs. It is an older late 70s building with mature trees all around that provide a serene view from most of the windows.
We have updated the condo with remodeled bathrooms, new kitchen appliances and modern furnishings.
The master bedroom features a King bed with en suite bath with shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the main bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
There is an uncovered balcony to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air.
It's a great basecamp for your visit to Reno, Sparks, and Tahoe!
Pets: Note that we do accept pets but they must be added to the booking. Please also let us know what pets you will be bringing.

The listing is located in a grassy condo complex in north Reno, just two minutes off of the freeway.
Because it is a condo there can be noise from time to time from neighbors, or the neighboring apartment complex, but otherwise this is a very low key neighborhood.
There is one designated parking spot in front of the unit, and additional open guest parking spots on the other side of the small parking lot.
The washing machine is a washer/dryer combo. The average wash/dry cycle takes over 3 hours so plan accordingly if you'd like to do laundry. The dryer is a non-vented electric dryer.
There is no dishwasher in the unit.
Guests staying during summer should know that there is a powerful wall AC unit in the living area, and we provide portable ACs for the bedrooms to ensure your comfort.
In the winter there are baseboard heaters in every room that can be controlled from room to room (great if some guests like to sleep warmer than others!)
There is one dedicated parking spot right outside of the unit, and additional free guest parking just across the parking lot.
*No loud music/TV allowed at any time.
*Quiet hours after 10pm please. City of Reno has a 10pm to 7am noise curfew ordinance.
