Seabreeze Cottage # 45 es una fabulosa casa de tres pisos ubicada en la comunidad de Seabreeze Cottages. Refreshing stay

We left feeling refreshed after our stay in this beautiful home, well equipped and conveniently located with close access to 98 and in view of the beach. We loved watching the water and sky from the third floor balcony. We prepared several meals in the spacious kitchen and appreciated the large gathering space for our family.

Great location and space!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was spacious and we all had plenty of room to spread out. It was nicely decorated and the location for the beach (which is not crowded) and it's proximity to ride bikes to Rosemary Beach and the Hub is perfect! We would stay again. Thank you!

BEST STAY ON 30A

I come down to the area at least 2 times a year. This was by far one of the best homes I've stayed in. The location was amazing, home was decorated beautifully, and it was stocked with all the essentials for cooking! It was extremely clean and perfect for our group!

Great place to stay

We were two families with 4 adults and 6 kids. We had plenty of room for everyone. Location is very close to beach access and pool is right outside unit. Kitchen was well stocked but there were no hand towels, wash cloths or hot pads so pack these if you will be cooking. Highly recommend this house.

Loved the cottage!

The cleanliness and updates of the cottage were wonderful, I notified the management company about a couple of housekeeping items (low battery on thermostat and shower doors off track, needed an extra set of sheets for pullout chair) and by the next morning all were taken care of! A little dissappointed with the pool, size and lack of shade! A couple of umbrellas would make a big difference!

Very convenient location. short walk to the beach & lots of nearby excellent restaurants. Any issue we had was handled swiftly by the management company for the property. However, there are no umbrella/chair companies that service that public beach because of laws of Walton County. We were able to walk down the beach about 100 yards and rent umbrellas/chairs but I’m not sure they would do that during busy times as technically those umbrellas/chairs were intended for private residences. Walton County was zero help with the umbrella/chair rental issues. This is not an issue in Bay county. Just so you know. One thing to note if you have older people in your group or ones with handicaps, the walkways to/from the beach have 4 flights of stairs to traverse. It wasn’t a problem for us but if you have someone with a handicap, it would be a challenge. Otherwise, we would totally stay there again especially if we can secure umbrellas/chairs so we don’t have to pack them up/down 4 flights of stairs.

Wedding vacation

The property was very nice and views and location to the Gulf was amazing. Location was well stocked with starting supplies and kitchen essential. Was disappoint I read it had a Keurig and I bought coffee pods and there wasnt one. I undeerstand it broke but would have been nice to be supplied one. It was clean but there were items under the bed. Overall, it was a great experience for our family.

Lovely stay

Overall we had a great experience. The location to the beach is very close and an easy walk across the street. Only had one issue with smoke detectors going off with no smoke involved. Only reasoning I could come up with is heat from dryer door being open after use triggered it. Host quickly had a tech to come check it out. One thing I’d change is adding a door to master suite on top floor. There are stairs so it’s kind of private, but you hear every sound due to no door to close.

Perfect house

Once again this house was perfect for our group of 6 kids and 4 adults. We had plenty of room, the location to the beach access can't be beat. The pool is right outside the door. The house was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the updates from last year, new floor and oven! We hope to be back next year!

Super close to the beach!

This was our first time to 30A! We liked the location because the beach is literally right across the street! NO GOLF CART NEEDED! The house was clean and accommodated 3 generations. The house is 3 stories and has rooms on all three floors. The second floor is where the main living and kitchen area is located.

Girls Trip

We enjoyed the home and all the amenities! Public beach access right across the road and very quiet area. So close to plenty of food and shopping. Communication with property was very prompt. We bunkered down during bad weather and felt very safe in the home. Would definitely stay again! Perfect for big groups/multiple families.

Nice place but there is mold.

Nice layout and clean. Good for families and friends. There is mold tho so much so that my daughter was bothered and all of my clothes smelled like mold after washing them upon arriving home.

Quiet but far

Great property although a little farther away from all the action/restaurants than we like to be. House was plenty big enough for our group of 12. Enjoyed having the pool right outside our door. Beds were very comfortable! The only negative thing I could say is the fact that the smoke alarms went off every time we used the oven or stove (even though there was nothing smoking/burning).

Decent Property

Overall we had a good experience. Location was great. Property had plenty of space. Wasn't the cleanest and several things broken such as closet door and leg on a chest. Also, didn't get to check in at 4 pm like scheduled because inspector lady said they needed to fix the issues before we entered. Should have been done before the check in time designated by the management company.

Great vacation

Very spacious for kids and adults. Short walk to beach. Could not use wagon due to steps down to beach. Everyone carried something and it worked fine. Nice places to eat and close to Pier Park.

Great vacation

Lots of space for adults and kids. Awesome kitchen. Lots of pantry space. Short walk to beach. Could not use wagon due to lots of steps down to beach. Called about air and they responded quickly. Close to Pier Park The Hub just down the street was a good place to eat
