Sailfish Suites 7 - Waterfront Lodging

Summary:
This suite, #7, is a second floor, corner unit, fully furnished 1/1 that is designed for vacationers ease and comfort. The bedroom is furnished with a King bed, 42' TV flat screen and plenty of closet space for his and her. Also, #7 has been updated with hurricane/impact windows, a walk-in shower, solid core interior doors, and brand new kitchen cabinets with granite countertops throughout. Enjoy the waterfront and our amazing new pool!

Parking boat at the dock is an additional $3/ft/day (May vary on Holidays and/or seasons)
Onsite trailer parking is $1/ft/day

We have a $85/pet fee, per pet. Guest who do not notify host of pet will be charged $175/per pet.

This a smoke free building and no smoking is aloud within 25ft from the building! We have a very nice designated smoking section on the south side of the property, with a picnic bench on the water.

Guest Access:
Guest will have full access to parking, suites, back yard, hammocks, picnic tables, washer and driers, bbq, bikes and kayaks, paddle boards!

The Neighborhood:
Stuart is known for its small town charm and sailfish suites is no exception. Located in the heart of the manatee pocket, Sailfish suites in just minutes away from local shops, art galleries, restaurants, bars and more.

Getting Around:
Traffic is normally very light and easy. -20 min walk to down town Port Salerno -über is also available -plenty of parking on site as well -docking is also available for our guests looking to bring a boat, kayak or paddle boards
