Consider this cabin your home away from home while you visit Green Mountain Falls! The property is located between Manitou Springs and Woodland Park, with easy access to highway 24 and I25. Perfect location to explore Colorado Springs, while still experiencing the peace and serenity of the mountains. This beautiful property features a cozy bedroom with a queen bed, in-unit washer and dryer, and full kitchen! The bathroom offers a refreshing rain forest shower, light up blue tooth mirror, and room for all your bathroom amenities! Wifi, trash service, and utilities included. This is tiny living with efficient amenities! The front windows have great view of the mountains and chairs out front to enjoy the morning sunrises.
It is a basement space with a property above it, but you will have your own private entrance and a designated parking space!
Some things to keep in mind!
>October - May can bring big snow storms in GMF! Please be aware that you may need 4WD/AWD to access the property. The weather can be very different from Colorado Springs, so please check the weather in Cascade-Chipita Park for the most accurate weather conditions. Snow removal is included!
>Our space does not have A/C, but at 7,800+ ft of elevation, you won't need it as it stays much cooler in the mountains and since this is a basement unit, it stays nice and cool in general. Experience the true serenity of nature with the windows open!

We bought this home in GMF as an escape from the hustle and bustle of living in Colorado Springs. The community in GMF is strong, yet the busyness is minimal. There is such serenity at our property that we can hear the wind blow through the trees and enjoy the birds chirping, yet we can still walk to hear live music or get dinner. Even more impressive, Woodland park is a short 5-10 minute drive, as is Manitou. These offer a larger night life and food scene, while still obtaining peace at home. Every day we can go to the cabin is a mini retreat and reset for my family! I hope to share the same experience with others as we navigate our lives.
