Location is excellent! Close to downtown, shopping, airports. The house is well appointed and the set up worked out great for my husband and I, son, daughter-in- law and 2 grandkids. Unfortunately, we weren't able to use the outdoor seating in the yard or firepit as the cushions were mildewed (thus the 4 stars for cleanliness). I would definitely stay her again though. Recommend!

Beautiful home

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood. We were in town for a swim meet and the house was a great location for us and very comfortable and clean. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again!

Simply the Best

This was definitely home away from home. My family enjoyed everything about the home and the location was so central to many sites as stated in the description. I definitely will be booking again and again when I travel to St. Petersburg.

The house is very nice and a close to downtown St Petersburg. Host was amazing and offered fantastic recommendations for food and things to do.

Quaint place great location - loved it !

Jason was a fabulous host . He reached out to make sure everything was ok and if I needed any assistance . The home was cosy and comfortable very nicely decorated . Perfect for staying in St Pete!

Exactly what we needed

This house is great. It had everything we needed for our short stay. It was cold and rainy so we didn’t get to explore the surroundings like we wish we could. We hope to stay again as we make several trips to the St. Pete area

Beautiful family time

Nice property and home. Our family spend quality time together and took several walks around the neighborhood, quiet and friendly. Only 2 small complaints: door code provided was not correct but quick response from owner was helpful and floors and porch were not overly clean.Although 2 small complaints we would happily stay here again.

Stayed here with my family while visiting my son at college. Great option for us, instead of a hotel. House had everything we needed. Jason, our host made sure we were welcomed & well taken care of. We’ll be back!

Family fun with a water view!

Jason was an amazing communicator prior to check in. He made the check in process seamless. The house was clean, had plenty of amenities and was the perfect lay out for our family. We enjoyed many games of uno and other board games from his collection. We loved the backyard - and outdoor couch- perfect for catching some sun! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We enjoyed many walks along the water! We look forward to going back !

Home Away from Home

There's just something about this house, we were comfortable from day one. The living room and screen porch both provide excellent spaces to read, watch TV, socialize, etc. There's a large, fenced yard that allows for privacy and another space to relax. The bed is super comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. The neighborhood is quiet and a nice place to walk. The location is very convenient to all kinds of activities and restaurants. We highly recommend Jason as your host. He was responsive and helpful from day one. Jason always responded quickly. He offered great suggestions for restaurants. Don't miss Mullet's Fish Camp. And please visit the Dali Museum.
