Villa con interiores iluminadas, decoradas en colores agradables, situados en un complejo tranquilo y bien equipado (Vila Bicuda) con grandes espacios verdes con árboles. Dos piscinas están disponibles (con zona para niños), así como un parque infantil, servicio de lavandería, supermercado, panadería y cafetería, quiosco, restaurante italiano y un servicio de seguridad las 24 horas. En la planta baja un amplio salón con aire acondicionado y chimenea se abre a una terraza cerca de una de las piscinas. Una mesa y un juego de sillas está disponible invitando a las comidas al aire abierto o simplemente para relajarse.

Lovely apartment and complex. Clean, spacious and well equipped. The pool is amazing, bigger than it looks in pics. Ricardo was great, responded quickly to messages and allowed us a late check out. Thank you, we would love to come back one day!

Great location and property prices

Vila Bicuda is perfect for a family holiday. Great location with the Atlantic beaches at Guincho and the calmer beaches of Cascais. Lovely property and the host makes it very easy with quick communication.

Great Stay for Ironman

Perfect appartement for the Cascais Ironman. Nice appartement with big living room, 2 bikes to go to the city center (its 10 minutes by bike) and a nice shared pool.

Perfect family Portuguese villa

Ricardo was a very welcoming host who communicated with us before arriving and met us at the house - even had pastais de natas for us. The house is well situated in a quiet gated villa in a beautiful area of Cascais. The community pool and gardens were pristine. The house had everything we needed, even for our grandchild. It’s a lovely walk to Cascais downtown and a nice bike ride to Guincho beach. We’ll certainly come back.

Perfect stay

Nous y étions pour l'Ironman de Cascais. À seulement 10 minutes du site, on ne pouvait loger mieux. L'appartement était parfait: spacieux, très confortable, tout était là pour un séjour parfait. La communication avec le propriétaire était également très facile.

Nice stay

Our family of five had a very pleasant stay. The property is conveniently located by a pool and within walking distance to tennis, horseback riding and other amenities. It was very clean and Ricardo was a responsive host. We would stay at the property again.

This is a lovely property & perfect for families. We are a family of 5 and the kids loved that the pool was just outside the back of the house. This area of the resort is very quiet and the kids had the pool to themselves most of the time. Good location for exploring Cascais and the Lisbon region. A car is necessary for this area.

Sensational good choice of vacation location.

The house is nice and very clean. Full equipment needed for cooking, washing etc. Not far from the bakery - every day fresh good rolls, not like from a supermarket ..... Very good location for visiting Lisbon and attractions in and around Sintra. Private parking. It was a sensational good choice of vacation location.

Excellent Family Holiday

We are a family of 4 and loved our holiday in this property in Cascais. The house was larger than expected, well furnished and equipped and spotlessly clean. Despite arriving at 11pm on a Saturday evening, it was easy to pick up the keys from the security staff. The complex is well-maintained and well serviced with a restaurant, shop, cafe and dry-cleaners. The pools are fantastic and my children spent hours in the large pool which was never crowded. We also loved the resort of Cascais with a great range of restaurants, shops and easy access to Lisbon and Sintra. We would love to return!

super Unterkunft im wunderschönen Cascais

Die Unterkunft von Ricardo Sousa war einfach super. Das Haus liegt in einer hübschen Anlage mit Pool. Von der Terrasse hat man direkten Blick auf den grünen Garten und den Pool. In der Anlage gibt es ein Café wo man Brötchen kaufen oder auch frühstücken kann. Auch kleine Snacks und ein Tagesgericht kann man dort zu vernünftigen Preisen kaufen. Ein kleiner Spielplatz sowie eine Wäscherei und ein kleiner Convenience Supermarkt sind dort zu finden. Für Familien also der perfekte Urlaubsort. Von Cascais aus kann man tolle Touren zu wunderschönen Stränden starten. Sintra und Lissabon sind auch nicht fern und innerhalb von 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Cascais ist ein sehr netter Ort mit schöner Plätzen, Restaurant und auch Stränden. Wir können die Unterkunft und den Ort bestens empfehlen.

Very well equipped villa in a wonderful resort

This was a perfect choice for our family with 3 kids (7,10,12). We enjoyed the pool that was never crowded and just steps away from the villa, we prepared our own food in the very well equipped kitchen or we ate out in one of the several excellent restaurants in Cascais. There was place enough for all of us and for all our stuff. The owner is very kind and trustful, we would be happy to return next time.

Very nice house, super spot in Cascais.

We spent a great week in this lovely villa in Vila Bicuda, an attractive resort with big pools, meticulously maintained large green spaces and beautiful plants and trees. The villa itself is spacious, nicely and tastefully decorated and very well maintained. Private parking (for 2 cars) and a cosy terrace behind the house, very near to the main pool. The resort (and the house) are centrally located, between the Guincho and other beaches and the old centre of Cascais. With the 2 bicycles (that came with the house) we could reach everything easily and therefore we hardly used our car. Ricardo was very friendly and helpful, received us personally, and gave us some really useful tips regarding restaurants in the vicinity. All-in-all a very good experience; we will come back!

Very clean well equipped. Host was friendly and helpful. Resort ideal position for Cascais.

Clean, well equipped including all cooking and dining, washing and cleaning and even pool and beach toys. 2 bikes made use by our 13 and 11 year old. Excellent location 20m from poolside and walking from a Restaurant, bakery and supermarket. Security visible was assuring. Busy but certainly not crowded or noisy. Friendly host including patience on our late arrival and good communications throughout. We made the most of the pool and like minded neighbours and kids. We liked the relaxed and friendly atmosphere of the resort. We liked the apartment layout with plentiful supply of bath and beach towels and excellent showering/cleaning and a welcoming charm of the decor and rooms themselves. No complaints. We would consider returning again soon. Thank you Ricardo and best wishes.

Pretty house in a chic and quiet resort.

We really enjoyed our stay in Ricardo's house. The house is more beautiful in real than in the photos. It was really perfect, chic, quiet, clean and with all the things we needed. Our children loved the swimmingpool right next to the terrace. We appreciated to have a market and a backery in the resort. The house is very well located in Cascais, at only few minutes to the beach and at only 25min from the center of Lisbonne. We hope to come back very soon! Thanks once again Ricardo!

Great house and location!

This is the third villa we booked at the Villa Bicuda resort, and by far this was the best of all three! Location is super, Armando is very friendly and everything we needed was in the villa at arrival: BBQ and coals, toiletpaper, enough bath and swimmingpool towels, baby cot, highchair, two bicycles (one with child seat), internet access, flatscreen tv. The location of the villa is perfect: 20 meters to the swimmingpool. Regarding the other review who is complaining about a missing cleaning lady: you are renting the house from a private individual, which means (in my opinion) that everything you need is there to clean it yourself, if you feel the need. (vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, washing machine).

Wonderful Holidays

We had lovely 10 days in this apartment. We were traveling with a baby, and all necessary equipment (e.g. cot, highchair, bicycle with child seat) was available. The pool is right next to the terrace. In the complex is a small supermarket, bakery, restaurant, hairdresser and kindergarten. We felt very relaxed. Unfortunately garden chair cushion were missing and the cleaning lady was not there during our visit (that's the only complaint). This apartment is fully recommended.
