No hemos podido estar mejor, la casa ideal y espaciosa, el personal de servicio de la casa encantador y muy servicial. Todo muy amplio y con vistas al golf. Maree la propietaria nos lo ha puesto todo muy fácil. Volveremos seguro!

We had a wonderful time at Vista Mar! We stayed at this property two years ago and loved it so much we came back for a second stay. The house is beautiful and the staff is excellent. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

I definitely recommend staying at villa Mar 30. The villa was very tidy, spacious, and in the perfect location. Marcello and Joka did a fabulous job taking care of us. Every dish made was delicious!

The Best Vacation Ever!!!

Everything about this house was fantastic. Service was top notch. All the staff was friendly and were always willing to help in any way possible. Owner Maree was extremely helpful and responsive prior to our arrival. We had a great time celebrating 2 birthdays. House was beautiful and spacious for the 6 couples. We will definetly return.

Great House and Staff; Owner's Communication Not the Best

Pictures do not do this house justice. The place was very beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The staff (Marcelo, Nicaudary, and Marta) were amazing as well. My only qualm is the owner of the house Maree. This was for a best friends bachelorette and, from the beginning, Maree said she would be available to assist with anything we needed planning wise. Unfortunately, she was not very responsive (I made requests and sent messages for recommendations many times and did not receive them) and, as a first timer at casa de campo, did not provide necessary information that would have made the stay seamless. If booking here, or anywhere else, ensure you are clear on authorization for individuals to get into casa de campo (including your driver to get to the airport as ours was waiting at the gate for hours and made us very nervous about missing our flight), payment to the staff if they stay after a certain time (we were not told previously the staff's hours or that they expected an additional payment if they stayed after 5 pm), and payment for meals. All of these things should be conveyed to guests beforehand and hosts must be responsive, especially for a house this caliber. However, with that said, the house and staff were worth every penny.

Vistamar 30 Great vacation property

We had a large family group for our vacation and this property was perfect! It’s beautiful with great indoor/outdoor space. The house staff was so nice and attentive to all of our needs. The owner took care of all of our requests so we had nothing to do on arrival but unpack and relax!

Family Fun at Vista Mar

What a fabulous time we all had at Vista Mar! Enjoyed it all. Very nice house!; loved all the outdoor space for fun in the sun!!! Great staff and Nicky cooked up the best meals!! Fun traveling in the golf carts to the beach and marina. Maree was very helpful with setting everything up and answering all our questions. Internet spotty at times and TV in large den did not work properly but was not really that big of an issue. Made great memories at Vista Mar!

Spring Break

Excellent week-long Spring Break - close to Minitas Beach and the Marina. Large well laid out bedrooms, layout, and common areas. Pool and Jacuzzi were heated and the staff put out lovely breakfasts and meals when asked. Would definitely stay again!

The Perfect Wedding Week!

Vista Mar 30 was the perfect home to spend with friends and family during our wedding week. The staff and services was unparalleled - Marcelo, Yoko, Marta and Maximo truly made for an unforgettable week. Though, small hiccup and miscommunication with the owner regarding golf cart reservation, her professionalism and overall care for her property was outstanding. She's so lucky to have the amazing team she does working at her villa. It's a special home that I will cherish for many years to come. We made many memories with our family - intimate dinners prepared by Yoko with gorgeous tablescape by Marcelo and days relaxing and getting massages by the pool with fresh guacamole prepared and delivered to us poolside. It felt like magic walking down the steps of the villa in my bridal gown - a beautiful backdrop for our special occasion. It was absolutely everything, truly one of the best weeks of our life. Thank you to Maree and her first class staff.

Fantastic Villa and Staff

We had a great vacation staying at this villa. The place was very clean, as advertised and perfectly located near the beach and close to the marina, altos de chavon and the hotel. The staff (Marcelo, Nicaudary and Marta) took care of everything we asked and our host, Maree, was terrific - responsive and knowledgeable. I would recommend this property to any groups that are considering casa de campo for their next vacation!

Spring Break - 2 families

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vista Mar 30. The house, furnishings and staff far exceeded our expectations. Edwin, Pablo and Dorca were friendly and eager to do things to make our stay pleasurable. The food was excellent and Dorca cleaned the rooms daily. My family with 4 teenagers and our friends with 3 teenagers had plenty of room and places to spread out. We entertained a few other families staying at Casa de Campo because VM 30 was so spacious with has many great sitting areas and a large outdoor pool area. Maree and her assistant booked our airport transportation as well as restaurant reservations. We loved Casa de Campo and hope to come back for a future vacation. Vista Mar was perfect for us!

SPECTACULAR VILLA & CLASS "A" STAFF

What a spectacular property and staff! Vista Mar 30 is straight from the pages of world class travel magazines. We were greeted by the team of Daniel, Chef Eddie, Marcello, Agatha and Rosie and given Premier Class service and support for our parties stay. Every need and desires were met (golf, massages, pastries from Crema, dinner party planning, catamaran rental for a day party) and THE BEST MEALS in Casa de Campo - bar none! Our party included 2 professional Chef's and they were impressed! We all felt extremely comfortable with the security of our cameras, portable devices that were left about as we visited between our 2 villas and ventures to the beach. The security staff we're attentive while still respectful of our privacy. I am looking forward to my next trip to C.D.C and another stay at VM-30!

AMAZING

This home is a Dream!!!! from the moment you walk into the home you are greeted by three Magnificent People, Thelma, Elias and Carlos...they went out of their way to always please us. The house is meticulously maintained, The bedrooms were Incredibly beautiful, there is so much open spaces in this house and places to relax, you never feel cramped, ALways Hot Water, Air conditioned in the rooms, and the media room were so cold, you had to cover yourself...the house is a 3 minute golf cart ride to the Minitas Beach, a 15-20 minute drive to Altos De Chavon, on your Golf Cart, you dont feel the ride, because the views going to Altos is beautiful. Chef Kendy and his Sous Chef Carlos were amazing...Food was actually superior than to the restaurant we experienced one night...we all were in agreement that the food was a 5 star restaurant experience at the home. The security of the Resort is A PLUS, we had no insecurities what so ever about leaving any of our personal belongings laying around. There is a safe in each room to keep your valuables if you choose to do so. ALl of our IPADs, Phones, and Laptops were all laying around at all times. and Nothing was missing. WE ALL LOVED this house. We are definitely planning to go back next year. Thank you Maree and your incredible staff for a Magical vacation. Please let Thelma and Elias know we miss them dearly!!!!

Security First

The property is super pretty, spacious, and very wells furnished. The location is excellent if you want to spent your days at Playa Minitas wich is a 5 minute golf kart drive away. The Marina and Altos de Chavon is kind of far, I would say 15 minutes to the marina and at least 20 to Altos de Chavon assuming you are riding golf karts. I would recommend to any guest to secure your valuables during your stay. My group was victim of sudden lost of personal electronics, one iPad and one Blackberry phone to be exact. Both from the bedrooms.

Awesome stay! Great 50th golf weekend with the guys

Great vacation house. Well kept and nicely furnished. The staff is great and catered to all our needs. The Chef was excellent and cooked the best meals at the resort. No need to leave the home for a meal. Great house for family vaca or just a quick golf weekend with your friends. The owner was more then helpful and made sure everything was set for our stay.
