Esta hermosa y recientemente remodelada villa de golf de tres dormitorios y dos baños y medio ubicada en Casa de Campo Resort ofrece espectaculares vistas del campo de golf Teeth of the Dog, el mar Caribe y la isla de Catalina. Es la base de operaciones perfecta para participar en todas las actividades que el complejo tiene para ofrecer a una familia o ávidos golfistas, al tiempo que le brinda la oportunidad de relajarse y disfrutar de su estadía.

Decorada en un estilo contemporáneo, la villa cuenta con amplias habitaciones y salas de estar distribuidas en tres niveles. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size y baño en suite, mientras que las dos habitaciones cuentan con una cama queen size y dos camas matrimoniales con una hermosa terraza cubierta exterior. Las comodidades incluyen aire acondicionado y televisores LED en todas las habitaciones, televisión por cable, reproductor Xbox, biblioteca de juegos Xbox, Internet Wi-Fi, un amplio balcón, tocador, ventiladores de techo, una cocina totalmente equipada y el uso de la compleja piscina privada.

Great Vacation Rental and Location

Our family of 5 had a fabulous spring break at Jan's home. We've been to CDC a few times before with friends and this location was ideally situated only a few homes away them. It was also great as it was near the hotel/pool, golf course and Lagos restaurant - and just a short distance from everything else (beach, marina, etc). Jan was easy to work with and responsive and was extremely helpful in coordinating other amenities like travel logistics, babysitters and spa appts. The home was clean and inviting - and the best part was the housekeeper (Leila) who helped with the daily cleaning and family laundry each day. She even made breakfast whenever requested. The unit is very vertical so our family all bunked up on the bottom floor together as I didn't want my kids climbing the stairs in the middle of the night / morning to find us. The communal pool was close and quiet but we only used once or twice. My only wish would be that this house came with its own plunge pool for easy use with kids during quiet times -but we knew this going into the place so no surprise. Overall, a great stay given that our friends were close and we used it as a home base. Will come back again in the future!

Beautiful Villa / Best location at Casa

We had a wonderful stay at Jan's Golf Villa 8. It was excellent from start to finish. The Villa is located between the main hotel and the beach club, which we believe is the best location on property. In addition, the property is a 12 minute golf car ride to the Marina (grocery store, restaurants, shopping). The house is well appointed with everything you need for your stay. Lela, the housekeeper is very kind. The views from all levels are spectacular. The Primary bedroom has an incredible view of Teeth and the ocean. We (2 adults, 2 children (7 and 5)) all had a great stay. Thank you Jan.

Stayed here for 3 weeks and it was fabulous. My entire family had a great time in Casa de Campo. The villa was big enough to allow all family members their own space and the view of the rising sun every morning on the teeth of the dog and the ocean was just spectacular. Walkable to the hotel and even the beach if you like a nice walk. The host is beyond gracious and an amazing communicator. Every interaction was a pleasure . The house keeper is the sweetest, most helpful lady. We absolutely want to return and recommend 100%.

Perfect getaway!

We are back from a week at Golf Villa 8 and already telling friends we hope to return next year! Jan is a fantastic host - going above and beyond with a beautiful, well-appointed villa but also tips, recommendations, directions and more. Even before we traveled, he helped us book airport transfer that included a child seat for our little one. It’s the details like that which make a vacation truly relaxing and stress free and I am so very appreciative. The villa itself is gorgeous, clean, spacious, and located with a beautiful view of the golf course and ocean in the distance. The place is chic and cozy at the same time- we all slept so well in the comfy beds! Lela, the housekeeper, is wonderful and so kind (and makes a great breakfast!). She kept our little boy (4 years old) giggling when they’d briefly play in the mornings and we enjoyed her very much. We’d never heard of Casa de Campo months ago but I feel so lucky some online research led us to this wonderful place and Golf Villa 8!

Wonderful stay at Casa de Campo

We had a wonderful stay. The location was terrific -- close to golf, beach and restaurants, and not too far from shopping and the marina. The house was exactly as promised in the listing and Jan was very responsive and helpful in coordinating our activities. I would definitely recommend it!

Perfect stay!

Everything was perfect for our stay! The villa was so clean and in a great location. Jan made the whole process easy. Leila, the housekeeper was so sweet and available for anything we needed around the villa. She cooked delicious breakfasts and even did our laundry and made the beds each day. Perfect stay!

Good stay

It was great! The only thing the house need is a pool or jacuzzi. The lady who works the house is good but needs more initiative as for serving breakfast for example.

It was good except for a few Biden fees

I liked the property, however I think the ad should clearly mention the resort fees that can amount to an additional 30% for a party of 5. Also, what are the fees for if nothing is included, for example, the gym. At least making this more evident, perhaps as part of the price would be more transparent. Also, you’re assumed to tip the person who helps in the kitchen, which is ok if it’s voluntary but seems like an imposition. Internet is also not very good.

I highly recommend golf villa #8. Jan was an outstanding host. He was extremely attentive and responsive to all our needs. Any time we had a question or issue, he immediately responded. The villa was nicely appointed, clean and located in a great spot. We will definitely be returning in the future.

La Villa es muy cómoda y super bien ubicada. En las inmediaciones del campo de golf y muy cerca de la playa y la Marina, donde se encuentran restaurantes, cines, supermercado y todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estadía perfecta. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y la vista desde la terraza es, simplemente, espectacular. Jan es un super anfitrión, atento a todos los detalles y siempre disponible y dispuesto a ayudar en lo que sea necesario y responder a todas las preguntas. Lela es muy amable y esta siempre dispuesta a colaborar en lo que se necesite. Es muy responsable, trabajadora y un ser humano excepcional. Estamos seguros que volveremos a hospedarnos en esta maravillosa Villa, atendida por personas formidables.

Great golf villa, nicely situated

We stayed for 1 week at this lovely golf villa. It is well located within Casa de Campo which is an enormous property with many options for activities and dining. It takes at least two days to get your bearings within the compound. Jan set us up with a golf cart to move around which worked well for us. If you'd like to leave the property to explore, you need to rent a car. My three boys took the bedrooms on the ground floor which worked well. My husband and I were on the top floor. We had a very nice view out to sea. Teeth of the Dog is in the back yard. If you like the evening sounds of crickets with the windows open as I do, you must also be prepared for the maintenance crews which begin around 6am. I don't like to sleep with AC so this was my choice. There are ceiling fans throughout the villa. We cooked for ourselves for breakfast and some dinners. All basic cooking supplies were available. We made daily trips to the market and perfected our pina coladas by end of week. The housekeeper took good care of us by making all beds, doing laundry daily and tidying up. All in all this is a comfortable place to stay for a family or small group. Jan is responsive and helpful with any questions you may have.

Great location,fun time

The location of the property is perfect,the resort great.we enjoyed the marina-many restorants to dine and also local spots around .Owner was very easy to work and fast responded to all of our inquiries.Nice though of having someone around the house cleaning and cooking.Highly recomend the property,thinking of coming back .Thx Jan

Great Stay!!

This beautiful, tranquil villa with its amazing views, gave us the Caribbean dream holiday we had hoped for. In the early mornings we enjoyed our coffee on the terrace overlooking the Teeth of the Dog golf courae and the sparkling Caribbean ocean, as the first golfers began to tee off, and contemplated our day. Should we go to the beach, visit the Marina, Altos de Chavon or just take a gentle few minutes stroll to the lovely Casa de Campo hotel swimming pools with their luxurious surroundings, bars and restaurants. Often our afternoons found us relaxing in the villa's garden room or around its garden pool. In the early evenings we sat on the terrace - with a glass of wine in our hands to watch the magnificent sunsets.. We found a wide selection of restaurants offering all types of food both in Casa de Campo and nearby La Romana. This delightful, comfortable villa with its spectacular views and surroundings - the variety of places to visit and the always friendly people that we met daily made this a truly perfect Caribbean Paradise experience. We can't wait to return.
