No need to wait for elevators – simply drive right up to the 6th floor of the parking garage and step straight into your vacation haven. Picture yourself in the oceanfront living room, greeted by breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. And if you're an early riser, imagine waking up to the sun rising over the horizon from the comfort of your sofa bed. Need to catch up on work? No problem! We've thoughtfully included a small table for you to set up your workstation, making working from your oceanfront suite not just manageable, but downright enjoyable.

As you retire to the bedroom, you'll find two cozy queen beds awaiting you, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for up to 6 guests. And when hunger strikes, our updated kitchen with granite countertops has got you covered. Stocked with basic dishes, pots, and pans, you can whip up homemade meals whenever you please, saving you the hassle of dining out every night.

Guest Access:
Entire Suite is accessible to the guests.

Other Things to Note:
All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors.

Please pick up parking pass from front desk. Only (1) parking pass is provided at front desk. (Please make proper arrangements)

All access codes will be sent to you on the day of check in by 4pm.
Pool wristbands (where required) will already be waiting for you in your suite.
All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls.

For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.

Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee. Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.

Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must me made by contacting us. The front desks will have none of your information and will not assist you with anything other than parking pass.

In the event of mandatory evacuation order for our area full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation. We recommend travelers purchase insurance, especially during the months with higher potential for inclement weather (e.g. hurricane season).

Cancellation: A cancellation fee of 3.5% will be deducted from the total amount.
