Enjoy this clean & spacious 1600 sf, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse in Perdido Key with balcony views of the Gulf of Mexico including beautiful sunrises & sunsets. Whether you are looking for a less-crowded, family-friendly beach vacation, a change of scenery as you "work from home,” or a safe retreat with amenities like a 24 hour guard gated neighborhood entry, Arnold Palmer golf course, resort style pools, tennis, pickle ball, work out facilities, & on-site restaurants - we've got you covered! We are pet friendly and will consider small dogs, please message host for approval and associated fee.

Our home is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture. There is a fantastic bunk room (twin over full bunk, plus twin trundle) for the kids (or kids at heart) to enjoy! This townhome is nicely furnished and can sleep up to 8 comfortably.

Just a short walk away from the powdery white sand beaches, this townhouse is one of the closest to all the private beach club amenities Lost Key has to offer. With its close proximity to the beach, you can simply pack up & head straight to the beach club or even call the beach shuttle (operating seasonally) to come pick you up outside your front door.

This rental includes access to Free Fun with Xplorie! We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free); then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free); then cap off the day at Tropical Falls theme park (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day & one person in your party is free to every activity every day. Complete details will be provided with your confirmed booking. When you are ready to retreat at the end of a fun filled day, there are 3 comfortable bedrooms to choose from. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, soft comfortable bedding & en suite bathroom. There is also a smart tv so you can watch a late night movie! There are two guest bedrooms, that share a full bathroom complete with tub/shower combo. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed & a smart tv. The second guest bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed & a pull out twin trundle & a smart tv.

Casa Paradiso is a smoke-free zone! This includes anything that lights up, creates smoke/vapor or smells. We want you to enjoy a fresh stay & truly appreciate you helping us keep our home looking & smelling clean for every future stay, including yours!

We make it easy to stay with us! Drive straight to your rental & access with a door lock code. Prior to your visit we will send you your door access codes.
