Our newly constructed buildings are designed with a focus on sustainability, using recycled shipping containers for a unique and eco-friendly stay. Whether you're planning a weekend getaway, a business trip, or an extended vacation, our property offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The Space:
ACCESS TYPE:
▻ You'll have access to 2 units- bottom floor with covered back patio and top floor with private deck.

FIRST UNIT:
▻ Living room with a comfortable seating area featuring a sleeper sofa and a daybed chair, equipped with a smart TV (Roku TV) for your relaxation.
▻ Full bathroom equipped with a washer and dryer, sink w/ mirror, a toilet and a bathtub
▻ Kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, microwave oven, basic cookware, drip coffee machine, Keurig machine, dishwasher
▻ Bedroom with full body mirror, 1 queen-sized bed, closet w/ iron

SECOND UNIT:

▻ Street parking on both Jefferson and Wenzel. FYI: parking gets crowded on Wednesday afternoons and Sunday mornings because of nearby church.

▻ The Home is Accessed Via Self Check-In Using a Smart Lock with a Unique Code Per Guest

We love our home and would truly appreciate it if you could treat it like your own. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property. Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately.



HOUSE RULES:
▻ Do NOT Unplug ANY Electronics That Are Currently Plugged In. Unplugged Devices will incur a $100 penalty

▻ You Can Have People Over But Please Ask Us Beforehand



**Please note that when you reserve this property, you are consenting to comply with all the regulations and guidelines specified in the listing details. Failure to adhere to these rules will lead to a penalty of $500.00, which will be debited from the credit card used for the booking.



POLICIES:
▻ Early Check-In - If booking for today, we will have to check with our cleaning staff if we can accommodate the request. If booking for a future date, we will do our best to provide an early check-in, but the only way to guarantee one is to book the night before as well (if it is available)
▻ Luggage Drop - We can try to accommodate a luggage drop 30 minutes after the check-out time as long as we can work with the potential current guests and cleaners. Please remind us on the morning of your arrival.
▻ Late Check Out - If you inform us the day before, WE MAY be able to accommodate a late check-out up to 12 PM, but the only way to guarantee a late check-out is to book the night after. Late checkouts without advance notice will result in a fee of $50 per hour, and if you check out at 12 PM or later, you will be charged for a whole additional night.
▻ Package Delivery - We do NOT guarantee the package can be retrieved from the mailbox or that it will arrive safely. We recommend sending packages to a local pick-up spot instead or requesting the carrier to deliver to the front doorstep (if you need to send to the home).
▻ No pets allowed.
▻ Extra People - You can bring extra guests into the home as long as it is not for a party, no damage is done to the home, and you abide by the home rules
▻ Third-Party Bookings - We cannot accept bookings made on behalf of someone else.
▻ Mail Back Service - If you forget something, we can mail it back for a $50 fee (as long as it’s not an oversized item)
▻ Cancellation - To receive a full refund, you must cancel within 24 hours before check-in. Any cancellations after this window will be charged according to the number of nights stayed.
▻ There are exterior cameras installed above the front door of unit 1 overlooking the entrance, at the back patio above the front door of unit 2, overlooking the stairs. It is on and recording 24/7.
