Great one night stay before cruise. Very nice neighborhood. Neighbors even talked to my husband and they were very nice. Very clean property. Host was very nice and sent everything I needed. Even made sure check in was all good.

We had access to all that we needed during our stay. The only unusual thing was the bathroom window had no security. You could easily open it from the outside. We couldn't find a lock. Also, no ventilation in the bathrooms when showering. Everything else was awesome. We would stay there again.

Cozy quiet

We loved this property. It is located in a great area with tons to do at walking distance. Jane was on top of everything and made sure we felt like we were at home. Will definitely be staying here again.

A delayed flight meant a 1:00 am arrival. We soon discovered there was no running water. No signs of construction in the area. I called the host and left a voice mail. Then called VRBO who contacted the host. When the host called back, he asked us to go out and look around and try to find the water valve and turn it on. This caused us concern because we were wandering around a strange neighborhood in the middle of the night and if we found the valve, we had no idea why it was turned off. A leak? Unpaid water bill? The valve was turned off, but we had no tools to turn it on, and reluctant to do so. After a couple hours and multiple calls with VRBO and the host, the host called and said that the water would be turned on in the morning -- he had no idea when. In the morning, the host arrived and water was restored. I told him that I expected to be reimbursed for one night’s stay because of this inconvenience. He said that this was a problem with a late check-in. I don’t believe check-in time is relevant. Someone renting a VRBO expects running water to be there upon arrival no matter what time it is. The home is adequate for a 1–2-night stay. Beds were comfortable. Some concerns about cleanliness –dirty windows, disgusting liquid in the coffee pot and a cockroach encounter. Cups and toweling were sparce. I had to push to get a small reimbursement from the host. VRBO reimbursed a small amount too. Not being able to flush toilets/wash hands was not a great experience.

It was advertised as having four rooms, it doesn't. It has a futon in a back area that has the back door in it. Also, it was advertised with a sale price, but when I scheduled the it the advertised price was gone and the owner didn't care to help get it to work with VRBO.None the less, the home was clean, we had enough beds and it was in a super great location!

The property layout — including the futon and its location — is accurately shown in the listing photos and description. There was no intention to misrepresent anything. I also reached out during your stay to check if everything was alright or if you needed assistance, and your only response was, “Perfect, thank you. We appreciate you.” No issues or concerns were mentioned at any time during your stay. As for the VRBO pricing, I have no control over the platform’s time-sensitive promotions or how they are applied during the booking process. You never contacted me regarding this, and I certainly did not refuse to cooperate — I was never approached about it. I’ve been consistently known for being extremely communicative and highly cooperative with my guests across multiple platforms, and I’m always available to help when contacted. I believe honest, two-way communication is key to a great stay

Pleasant brief stay in Dania Beach

We stayed 1 night prior to a cruise--less than a 24 hour stay for 5 adults and a 3-year old. The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There is a little park across the street. The house was clean. Good communication with the host. Comfortable beds. Very convenient location if you are interested in the casino. There is a nice outside area--we enjoyed sitting outside in the morning prior to leaving. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen appeared to have everything needed. Short drive to the cruise port. Would stay again.

"Home" For the Weekend

Wonderful. I enjoyed every moment I had the opportunity to spend with my family for this past weekend. Can not wait to do it again. We cooked, we laughed, we cried, we ate, we drank. The home was big enough and sufficient for the different personalities. Showers were good. My husband REALLY like the quality of the Master's Mattress. I didn't get the opportunity to utilize the W/D, can't comment on that, perhaps next time I can. The one thing that my sister's discussed was that the bedrooms didn't have a TV in them, and one wanted a long body mirror, instead of sideways. The home was spotless, but cozy. Communication with Ms. Jane was rocky at first--- because I have been scammed before. But once we communicated, I was SO grateful and relieved. Dania was my home for 10years before I graduated high school and went to college, so to have that ability to meet up with old friends and family from the neighborhood, was a great experience. Thank you Ms. Jane. Can't wait to stay again!!!
