Great location in popular Sandy Shores. Short walk to the beach, close to shopping and loaded with amenities. 3 bedrooms on main level with attached bathrooms, Bedroom 4 on ground level with private bath, washer and dryer. Additional kitchen on ground level for great outdoor entertaining space. YoHo Hideout also includes a fenced yard and cargo lift.

PRIMARY BEDROOM (KING), BEDROOM 2 (QUEEN + TWIN/TWIN BUNK), BEDROOM 3 (1 FULL/FULL BUNK + 1 TWIN/TWIN BUNK), BEDROOM 4 BONUS ROOM ON GROUND LEVEL WITH PRIVATE ENTRANCE (1 KING BED + 1 TWIN/TWIN BUNKBED). PRIMARY BATH (LARGE WALK-IN SHOWER, DUAL VANITY), BEDROOM 2 BATH (SHOWER), BEDROOM 3 BATH (SHOWER), BEDROOM 4 BATH (GROUND LEVEL - SHOWER).

BEACH ACCESS: SUBDIVISION HAS BEACH ACCESS ROAD.



2 NIGHT MINIMUM (Excluding Holidays)

Beautiful house. The original listing that i booked off of, represented an available hot tub. Upon arrival at the property, discovered the hot tub was not functional. Overall, my family had a wonderful time.

The house waa nearly perfect! Communication waa outstanding! There are only a few things that need fixing/improvement. 1. The hot tub has been out of service for so long it's in the handbook. Just delete it out of the listing. That was a big selling point for us and we were disappointed. 2. The kitchen downstairs feels like an oven. My daughter had to go in there to make bottles and was dripping in sweat.3. The fridge downstairs cools way better than the upstairs one, maybe swap them out. 4. Remove carpet from bedrooms. There are sandbugs at the beach and will cling to carpet..It's also so unsanitary with the volume of people who stay there.5. Add more cups/glassware, maybe some inexpensive wine glasses. Other than this, we loved our stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a family of 15 enjoy a great week at the beach. There was ample room and the mattresses were very comfortable. We enjoyed both the lower and upper decks with the breeze. We had an issue with one of the dryers, but upon contacting Cobb, the problem was fixed as well as the yard mowed. The house is for sale and the flower beds were over grown and unsightly. We had little dogs with us, so we wanted to make sure we could see them in the yard. The hot tub was out of order, so that was disappointing because that was one reason we chose this house to rent. We also rented this house thinking the fenced area would be accessible for our dogs from the underneath area. It is not. It is on the side with no access from the porch. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and we rent from COBB every year.

Great cabin rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time renting this cabin. We really enjoyed the home. Very roomy with nice furnishings with comfortable beds too which is a plus. We enjoyed the ping pong table and other games provided. The outdoor porch and area underneath has a lot of seating and big rockers that were relaxing. We would definitely rent this one again .

Good House for a Great Value!

It’s in a perfect spot—close to the beach but semi-private with no neighbors right on top on you. Loved that it was located on a beach access road. The house is really roomy, which was great for our group. There was plenty of space to hang out together or spread out when we needed a little quiet time. Everything was clean, comfy, and had that relaxed beach vibe.Best of all, the price was amazing for what you get.

Senior trip

The downstairs was absolutely perfect for the teen boys! They were able to game at night in their own space & store all their snacks in the kitchen below. My husband and I and our best friends had the upstairs with plenty of room to spread out with a room for both their girls. One night we had a shrimp boil and entertained other family members who were staying on the island. It was so beautiful and so very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was our 5th year in a row to come!! Best accommodations for our group yet!! Highly recommend this property for a large group or family. Thanks so much for having us!!!!
