Nice upgrades and new construction. Very clean and comfortable. Downfall is parking, beach access, no pool have to drive for these but overall was an excellent stay for the price

Great Vacation Spot

This condo was excellent! We had family staying on the main stretch and it was so close to be able to hang out with them as well. This place was so clean and well stocked. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The condo had everything we needed including plenty of towels, soaps, dishwasher tablets, and laundry detergent. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to make a meal, and the beds/pillows were comfy. Our kids loved the bunk room as well. We will be back!

Modern and Clean Condo

We stayed here for a week. Loved the modern and clean condo. Conveniently located to everything on the island. Property management was proactive, friendly, and timely. We would certainly stay here again.

Amazing!

Fantastic, clean property in a great location! Convenient to all areas on the island. Everything you need to dine in or to cook! Management team is super responsive and very helpful makes sure everything is addressed even after hours and around a Holiday!

Great stay!

This is our 3rd stay at a Sigsbee Homes property and they never disappoint! The staff is very responsive, even prior to our stay. The property has the basic kitchen needs- coffee filters, dishwasher detergent, paper towels. Everything we needed was there. Cannot recommend them enough!!

Perfect!

This was a last minute solo, mini-vacation for my 60th birthday and this condo did not disappoint. Everything was perfect - from booking to check-in, everything was a breeze thanks to the host and property manager. I will definitely be back!

Great visit!

The property was excellent. It might not be for people who are older or have any issues climbing stairs. We enjoyed our stay very much and felt well cared for and even pampered a little bit. The beach is close enough that is no problem to get there with a short ride

Great place...Great stay

Our family of 5 just wanted to get away and disconnect for a few days. This place was PERFECT. Everything was just as listed, actually better than expected. Host was great. The only observation ill make note is, like most places on DI. This place in on "stilts?". If you dont like stairs this might not be your favorite. Otherwise highly recommended.Ed

Great property but if you don’t like dogs, it’s not good. There will be no phone communication, only through email. Parking is great but not marked for each unit

Beautiful but lots of steps

It is a beautiful condo but there are 23 steps to the top. Plus the bottom step is missing so its a big first step. The kitchen is well stocked but there was only 3 wash cloths for 3 people for 3 nights. There is a washer and dryer so I washed them. if I had known I would have brought my own, The Kitchen is well stocked but no ice maker. Overall we enjoyed our stay and its and absolutely beautiful place to stay.

This property was excellent! Beautifully decorated for a relaxing stay. Comfortable beds for everyone, with the bunk room for the kids. Kitchen had all the things needed to cook and a large enough refrigerator for 2 families for 4 days. It’s close enough to feel like you could walk to the beach, but with the gear it’s easier to drive the short distance to the Middle Beach. Or drive about 10 mins down to West End Beach. (Approx 10/day for parking at any beach lot, make sure to pay or they will ticket/boot your vehicle.)We tried Pirate’s Bar and Grill as well as Pirate’s Pizza, both were great, plenty to eat for the price. It’s also worth taking the Mobile Bay ferry (45, 1 car and 5 people) over and exploring Fort Morgan (20/family).
