We loved staying at this adorable little house! The beach access was perfect! The most beautiful setting!!! We loved the little walk to the beach. The house was comfortable and met our needs. My only suggestion would be to have a table inside that could seat 4 for meals.

Great rental and close to the beach. The home is perfect for couples or small families. Easy walk to the beach and real quiet. We were unable to find any information about checkout procedures. We did what we could to clean up and whatnot. Highly recommend

Beautiful place with only a short walk to the beach. If you like fishing it’s close to the jetty and the dunes park pier. Wonderful spot.

We had such a great time! Its was the perfect location, plenty of space, clean & tidy with comfortable beds. We greatly appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys being readily available. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Awesome location, comfy beds!

We love this little cottage. Morning coffee on the shared observation deck was lovely. The gopher turtle family on the walk across the dunes was the best little treat. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. Close enough to walk to Flagler but also close enough to be a super cheap Uber ride if it’s too hot to walk. The place itself is simple but the beds are very comfortable. It’s perfect for someone looking for a quiet, no frills spot in that’s on the beach. Quiet but still close to the action. We will be back.

Property and house were lovely just as pictured! Beds and couches were comfy, and all kitchen appliances worked nicely! There were plenty of extra towels and beach supplies available. It’s not far from stores/resturants 5 min drive/16 min walk. The beach was so close, and there’s a place to rinse off on the property! Communication with the host was prompt and helpful during check-in. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to be back!

Beach & Relaxation

My friend and I had a wonderful time. Walking distance to the beach. A deck with a table to eat and watch the waves. Firepit available with a view of the ocean. Laid back area with plenty of restaurants close by. We will be back.

All the comforts of home, but with a beach in the backyard! The ocean breeze was so enjoyable and short walk over the sand dunes to the beach was the best. We will be back!

Cozy home convenient to beach

Cozy, clean home in quiet neighborhood with good parking and located in a central location. Good for two couples or two people who know each other well. Outdoor common area offers a nice view of the beach.

I felt the location of this home was perfect. I loved a lot of things about it. However, expect the bare minimum. If you’re planning on beach time come prepared. We flew so we couldn’t bring beach towels, beach chairs or an umbrella.

The property was sufficient and clean. We did have a problem with the television. It did not work and the communication with the host was very slow. We were disappointed with that and there were no wine glasses available or corkscrew.They did refund some money for the inconvenience so that was appteciated.
