See dolphins playing throughout the day by viewing from the sliding glass doors or you can go directly to the promenade boardwalk and see the dolphins and other wildlife more closely….
you might even see an occasional sea turtle or manatee swimming by.
Watch sailboats, yachts, fishing boats, paddle boards, and kayaks cruise by.
Look for the occasional opening of the north causeway draw bridge over the Intercoastal waterway.
This special property is located on Bouchelle Island & offers visiting guests many exciting amenities…

nice grills to use at both pools.
Shuffle board, tennis/pickle ball courts,
pitch & putt golf (you must bring your own supplies to play these games)

By far the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed at! Wonderfully comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. The hosts were attentive and made sure every detail was just right.

This place was amazing. The view was spectacular. We saw dolphins playing in the river and even caught a glimpse of a river otter. The house was well stocked and immaculate. I cant wait to stay again soon!

This property was amazing. The view was stunning. We saw dolphins all throughout the day and even saw a baby manatee! The photos online do not do it justice. It's perfect inside and they have thought of everything you could need for your stay. We will be going back!

Family Wedding

My sister's daughter was married over the weekend. We had a mini family reunion with all cousins, aunts, uncles, neices, nephews. Bridesmaid Brunch Friday morning given by me and my other sister.Welcome Party Friday night at Cafe VerdiSaturday Wedding at 4pm, dinner 630pm, dancing 730pm until the 10pm send off.Visits with family amd fun time Sunday.We are most likely going to book again for summer sister get together. This is our New Smyrna Beach place to stay!!!

Wonderful

The condo is decorated in a pleasant and inviting way. I loved being on the water and seeing the dolphins jumping. The owners went out of their way to help me in big ways. They took my call at 1:00 AM to help me with check in. They were also very helpful to me when I had to unexpectantly leave a day early due to an emergency surgery for our son. Great place and great people!

Perfect Vacation

I can not say enough wonderful things about my stay here! Everything exceeded my expectations. The place was immaculate and the amenities were exactly as listed- pickleball, pool, fishing, beautiful view. Communication with the owner was great. He responded right away with any question I had. I hope to return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit New Smyrna Beach.

Sister Trip

My sisters and I get together for an extended weekemd every summer. I'm a teacher and they work remote joobs. The view was peaceful in mornings and evenings. The showers were perfect after the besch. The whoe trip was relaxing and fun. I will return with my family in December for my niece's wedding.

New Smyrna Surfing Camp

Let me just start with the location. Its super close to everything easy to pull in and out of the island. We had our yearly surfing camp with NSB Surfing school and this year by far its been the best location and accommodations. Marylou and Scott were superb at letting us know the amenities and the different aspects of the location. One of the best things for sure was on the 4th of July. An unexpected surprise. We got front road sits right from the indoor porch to an amazing fireworks show at RiverPark. An amazing week for sure.

Great stay!

We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and this condo was one of the best! It was very clean, updated, and had beautiful views! Beds were comfortable, kitchen had a lot of extras (spices, etc.). The location is super convenient to restaurants, shopping and the beach! Grounds were well maintained and parking is very easy. We would stay again and the hosts were kind and communicative. Thank you!

Spectacular Family Vacation

This is such an amazing place to stay and isso peaceful! We wished we could have stayed longer. Scott and Marilou were so caring and thoughtful to ensure all was comfortable and we were taken care of. Definitely recommend this beautiful condo and hopefully we will be able to come back soon!
