Before you snag your spot at Azul Oasis, here's what you need to know:
📄 RENTAL AGREEMENT: Once a booking is made, you will be e-mailed a POC (point of contact) form and short Rental Agreement to e-sign. This agreement is simply for liability purposes.
💵 SECURITY DEPOSIT: There is a $300 security deposit HOLD (not a charge) placed on your credit card on file 3 days before you arrive. It's auto released 3 days after you depart!
✓ LOCATION: You'll find us at 24 The Battery, Orange Beach 36561.
✓ SAFETY FIRST: Rest easy with fire alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers at your fingertips.
✓ CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES: Departure's at 10 AM sharp to keep things running smoothly for our next guests.
✓ RENTAL AGE POLICY: We're all about family vibes here, so guests must be at least 21 years old to book. And we cap occupancy at 10.
✓ PETS: 2 dogs max with prior approval and a $200 pet fee/pup. No cats
✓ NO SMOKING: Keep the salty air fresh and clean by refraining from smoking or vaping on the premises.
✓ NO PARTIES/EVENTS: Let's keep the chill beach vibes going without any rowdy ruckus, confetti, etc
✓ QUIET ENJOYMENT: Keep it zen after 10PM for everyone's peace of mind.
✓ CANCELLATION POLICY & TRIP INSURANCE: Weather happens, so we recommend snagging travel insurance. No refunds for Mother Nature's whims, though.
