ABOUT THE PROPERTY:

Our newly built 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers a blend of comfort, adventure, and tranquility. With a spacious layout, this property can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Here are some key features of the house:

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: King bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (Queen over Queen)

Each bedroom is equipped with a star light maker and bluetooth speaker to play music and enjoy some relaxing and romantic lights.

Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms

Living Area: Cozy space with a 65" TV for entertainment

Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances including an electric stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee makers (Espresso machine and Keurig)

Saltwater Pool: Take a dip in the pool!
Our pool is maintained with a saltwater system, which offers several benefits including:

Softer, silkier water that's gentler on your skin and eyes
Reduced use of harsh chemicals, making it more environmentally friendly, lower maintenance and more consistent water quality.

There is a pool cover that is currently over the pool, and upon request, can be removed before your stay.

The backyard is a private oasis with a pool, perfect for cooling off on warm days. Enjoy the outdoor dining area, sun loungers, BBQ grill, fire pit, and hammock.

BBQ Grill: There is a grill and fire pit available for your use to cookout during your stay. Grill propane is provided.

Fire Pit: Bring your own logs for the fire pit and kick back at night and enjoy a fire with s'mores. Please bring your own firewood and do NOT leave unattended.

Fire Torch: There are fire torches available for your use, but you will need to provide your own fuel for the torch. Turn off after use and do NOT leave unattended.
