This is a beautiful home that is kept in pristine condition. It was perfect for our family and is centrally located to all the attractions we know and love. We will definitely book again. 4 spacious bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and a pool. The kitchen and amenities are all updated and brand new! The owner is very helpful. We loved our stay here!

Jason is a wonderful host and responsive to questions. The house is in pristine condition. It is absolutely perfect for families or just adults looking to get away. This house has all updated appliances, decor and amenities. Centrally located about 10 minutes from Weeki Wachee, 1 hour from Clear Water, St. Pete and Honeymoon Island Beaches.

Nice and roomy pool home

The open concept floor plan with four king bedrooms, three bath home, provides a lot of room for families or couples to stay together. The living room had unique lounge chairs/couches that made for easy snuggling and relaxing area to watch TV. The covered pool room was a nice space with lounge chairs and a table and chairs with an outdoor kitchen area. The neighborhood had easy access to activities and restaurants in the area.

Perfect for large families

Huge home with everything you need. We did have an issue with the pool heater but the owner on our 2nd day made the necessary repair. The beds are very firm so keep this in mind. Jason was very responsive and his cleaning crew immediately notified us of items we left. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing home

Very spacious and clean home! It’s beautiful and the outside was so fun to spend with family. There was space for everyone and we had no issues communicating with the host, he was very responsive!

Clean and spacious. Great layout.

Everything was perfect. The house was very clean and spacious. It had all the amenities we needed and then some. The communication with Jason was easy and uncomplicated. Eight adults stayed 2 nights and had plenty of space. We would definitely rent again and stay longer to enjoy the house, pool and lanai.

Outstanding

Great place! Everything you need is very close. We were there to play golf at Cabot Citrus Farms which was only 20 minutes away. After golf we spent the afternoon in or by the pool. Everything was very tidy and comfortable. We would stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO property and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The location was excellent — peaceful and safe, yet close to everything we needed. There were plenty of great shops, restaurants, and amenities nearby, and we especially loved having easy access to the golf course, which we used three times during our stay.The house itself was spotless, spacious, and extremely well maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The beds were very comfy and nicely firm, which made for a great night’s sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the living areas were perfect for spending quality time together.The highlight for our family was definitely the pool — it was clean, comfortably heated, and the kids absolutely loved spending all day in it. It really made our trip feel extra special.Our host was friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay, making everything smooth and stress-free from check-in to check-out.Overall, a truly wonderful experience — we highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a well-located, family-friendly getaway.Don’t miss out on seeing the amazing sunsets at nearby Bayport Pier. Great stay in Spring Hill

What a fantastic home and a great owner. Everything was better than we expected. Jason always answered questions promptly and helpfully. It is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood yet easy to get to main roads and highways. The main bath and especially the shower are like something out of a design show. The kitchen has everything. The pool area is perfect with a good sized pool, cabinets, seating area, and a bbq. I highly recommend this home and hope to rent it for other friends who visit.

Summer Family Vacation

We usually go to the gulf coast beaches for vacation, but decided to go a different route this year. We could have not been more blessed to find this perfect home for the week. It’s very spacious, and all bedrooms have king-sized beds! I think those points - and the pool area were the initial selling points, but the surprise bonus was that master shower! What a dream!! Jason was so very easy to work with and on top of every question or concern that we had. It was a very relaxing and wonderful stay, and we enjoyed a lot of great family time. Thanks so much for sharing your property with us!

Mother nature is a tough ol' girl

Unfortunately, hurricane Milton altered our vacation and had other plans for us this time around so at the final hour, our party was unable to travel and stay at the property. However, Jason (the host) was extremely fast with all of our correspondence from the moment we booked, right up to our proposed stay and even during the day of the hurricane. The storm caused issues in the area that nobody could control so there was a lot of last minute correspondence and changes that took place. He,and VRBO were fantastic to deal with and I'm hoping to be able to re-book and try again. I highly recommend anything that Jason is managing because good communication is key, especially in times of uncertainty like we experienced.

I am originally from Providence, Rhode Island, but I moved down to Florida in 1987. I grew up around this area before leaving for the Army in 2001. Went on to serve 8 years before getting out. After the Army I decided to join the Merchant Marines and work on the oil rigs for 12 years as Subsea Engineer. I came back to the area and decided to become a host.

I think what makes my property stand out is the fact of having 2700sqft on one level. I work in the new construction industry and most homes with that footage are 2 stories.
