Encantadora casa de piscina perfecta para dos familias. Dos master suites, una con Cal King Bed y baño privado, una con cama Queen y baño privado. Dos habitaciones para niños, ambas con literas Full over Full y comparten un baño en el pasillo. Todas las habitaciones tienen 43 'televisores de plasma con cable.

Todas las habitaciones tienen alfombras renovadas. Pisos laminados de madera y baldosas en el resto de la casa. Cocina de concepto abierto con gabinetes con paneles de madera de cerezo personalizados con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito. Rincón de desayuno en la barra de granito encimera cuatro asientos. El comedor tiene capacidad para ocho personas cómodamente. Sala de estar principal TV por cable y reproductor de blue-ray / DVD. La casa cuenta con Internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad y llamadas gratuitas en todo Estados Unidos y Canadá. La casa tiene calefacción central y aire acondicionado.

La sala de juegos está fuera de la sala de estar en el garaje. La sala de juegos tiene juguetes, ping pong y air hockey junto con una lavadora y secadora grandes. Hay cochecitos, tronas, pack n 'play y asientos elevados para sus bebés y niños pequeños. Queen colchón de aire disponible en el hogar para ropa de cama adicional.

Rentamos la casa por una semana y la vedad que todo muy bien. Cuartos, baños y piscina muy limpios. En general un gusto habernos hospedado ahy.. Claro que la volveria a rentar

We really enjoyed our stay here for our annual Disney trip! The property was only about a 5 minute drive from Disneyland and very easy to get a Lyft over there so we didn't have to worry about parking at the parks. There was plenty of space for our group of 6, could have easily fit several more! The rooms were comfortable and it was great that there were 3 full bathrooms. It unfortunately rained for most of our trip so we did not get much use of the pool/backyard but it did look very nice out there! We would love to rent this space again if it is available when we are going in the future.

Great location near disneyland. Parking is easy, wide streets and felt safe. Kitchen was helpful. Good amount of beds for our group.

Great location to Disney. A quick uber ride to the park and back home- all for under the price of parking at the park and honestly home quicker than walking to a lot of off park hotels. Home was clean and in a safe place. A few cons: one, we had to pay a fee to heat the pool…but the pool was super dirty and looked like it had not been taken care of. We definitely did not use the pool and would have liked the option to not pay the fee to heat it. The bunk beds were pretty uncomfortable, everyone noticed how bad they felt after sleeping on them. Last off: when traveling it’s nice to not have to pack random things like tin foil, sandwiche bags ect. We went to pack up a bag for the park and then noticed that the home had nothing like that…then also no coffee in the house. We would stay again! Just saw the difference between other 5 start homes and this 4 star one.

Property was awesome!! This wasn't the original place we purchased. However, they were on top of everything. They noticed the air condition wasn't working at the property rented immediately since somebody over to service it. Found out it's not something that could be done right away so they immediately transferred us to another property. Have nothing negative to say about the property. My only issue came with the city of Anaheim as there are quite a bit of rules for rental properties.

Via mail kreeg ik code om het huis in te komen. Er is genoeg zitruimte in woonkamer en eetkamer. De 3 badkamers zijn voldoende. Keuken is ruim, maar qua inventaris mag er wel wat bij: wat nieuwe pannensets en een pizzaslicer. Zwembad is groot en diep! Ook als volwassene is het leuk zwemmen, minder geschikt voor kleine minderen die er niet kunnen staan. Deur naar zwembad is beveiligd. Wel kun je een knopje indrukken zodat het alarm niet afgaat als je de deur open doet. Dat moet je dan wel elke keer weer doen, anders gaat er een alarm af. Wel veilig voor jonge kinderen.

Unwelcoming

The whole house is covered with laminated warning labels about rules and city ordinances. Some places, like the living room have these warnings all over the place.There's a loud burglar alarm on the back door. You need to press a button to bypass it every single time you need to go through the door even when you're leaving from the inside. Then, you only have about 2 seconds to go through. Needless to say, with several people going to the backyard and using the pool they're going to forget, leading to a constant alarm.There's a warning right on the coffee table in the living room that you will lose 100 from your deposit for every remote control not returned perfectly into the basket.Even the sink and toilet have rule labels on them.Wouldn't rent again.

Christmas in Disneyland

Two moms and two daughters had a great time in Disney for Christmas and the house was perfect, only a mile or so away, very clean and comfortable and you can watch fireworks from the front yard!!

Really nice spacious home.... but you have to be really quiet....

This was a great home, super comfy couch, beds, very clean, well taken care of. The house was awesome, staying in Anaheim with a pool is a little difficult because you cant be outside past 10 pm - to 9am and no music which means even low music for a tropical effect for my older family isnt allowed. So it was not as fun as it could have been due to the ordinances... so I will be looking outside Anaheim, but that is not the rentals fault, its the city rules. The home itself was great and clean. A few things that could have been better: The air hockey machine didnt work and had pictures on it, which we were looking forward to, and washing machine/dryer weren't the best, maybe need a tune up. Not sure. It is a little weird to wash all the towels before you leave, and the dryer vent into/out of the house was clogged and needed Maintenace so I was flustered trying to do two loads of laundry for almost 4 hours and accidentally left my two expensive tommy Bahama beach towels behind, which kind of was a bummer since they were a gift from my late mom. But that ultimately was my fault for washing them there. Seems like for the money we paid for house cleaning they could handle the laundry.... So, the noise and the laundry was my only issues. The property manager was super responsive, and they give you text updates. TV worked good, internet worked good, pool was clean and house very well maintained. Great showers too and nice toiletries.

Great Stay

We were impressed with this property for our Disney trip. Super close and clean and all the supplies we needed. Only thing I would like improved was the temp of the A/C but it was not a deal breaker. Could use minor bathroom updates but it was well kept and gave us all the conveniences we needed. Would recommend!

Lovely home

My family enjoyed our stay. The house was clean. Neighborhood was quiet. Really appreciated the concierge option for groceries. Although we did not use it this time, it was so nice to know that was an option. Having prompt responses from property manager was very helpful, for any of my last minute random questions. The pool was fun. I would recomend bringing your own lifejackets for kids.The pool was surprisingly deep. I would recommend this home to my friends, and we may visit again.

July 2-5 2025

4 adults, 4 teens. This was our second time renting this house. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. It was very cool to experience our first 4th of July in the USA (Canadians here!) in a family friendly neighborhood. The fireworks started at about 1pm and lasted about 12 hours with almost every household putting on a show. We enjoyed every minute of the show! House was super clean & comfortable, pool & backyard were great. The house was well stocked, all you need to bring is food, drinks & ice. A couple more lounge chairs would have been nice but lots of other seating.

Great home near Disney and Chapman

I'm so glad we rented this house instead of three separate hotel rooms. We were here for Chapman Graduation (about a 15 minute drive) but stayed for Disney. My dad who is 89 enjoyed just relaxing at the house when tired (it was great that there were two bedrooms with their own baths) while the more adventurous in our group walked to and from disney (a decent but doable walk for teens/adults but probably too long for little kids). We stocked the house with food for a poolside BBQ and breakfasts and were happy with the kitchen supplies.. The pool table was a bonus. Will rent this house again if we are back in the area for an extended time.
