Guests will access the home via an entry code to the garage door and then a lockbox inside of the garage for access to the home.

Getting Around:

It is convenient whether you’re arriving by plane, car, or public transit. From O'Hare International Airport (about 30–40 minutes by car), guests can take a taxi or rideshare directly to the property, or hop on the CTA Blue Line toward downtown and transfer to a bus or rideshare for the final stretch. From Midway International Airport (about 25–30 minutes by car), rideshare is the quickest option, or take the Orange Line downtown and connect to a bus heading west. If driving, the home is easily accessible from I-290 (Eisenhower Expressway). For those using public transportation, several CTA bus routes run along Washington Boulevard and nearby major streets, with quick connections to downtown and surrounding neighborhoods.

Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Should you need early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.



House Manual: Upon booking confirmation, you'll receive a comprehensive house manual that includes important information about the property's amenities, operating instructions, and local recommendations. We recommend giving it a read to make the most of your stay.



Smoking Policy: For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.



Pets: While we adore our furry friends, we regret to inform you that this property is not pet-friendly. We appreciate your understanding in adhering to this policy.



Quiet Hours: Kindly respect the outside quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.



Event and Gatherings: The Chicago Mid-Century Gem is ideal for small gatherings and celebrations. However, please inform us in advance if you plan to host an event, as additional arrangements may be necessary.



Security: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. Security deposit of $500 will be required before check in.



Monitoring: We have camera's outside of the home for your safety. It will be recording during the reservations. Tampering with these will result in a fine.
