Enjoy a relaxing getaway at this wonderful, remodeled condominium that sleeps six (6) people. The living room has a pull out couch if you need it! The living room offers stunning views of Canoe Lake, Little Bay and Key Allegro with sliding glass patio doors. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking essentials including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster and more. The dining area and living room have an open floor plan with plenty of space and comfortable seating for everyone. The dining table will seat six (6) with three (3) additional seats at the bar.  
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, Smart TV and spacious closet. You are welcome to log in to your personal streaming accounts. This condominium also offers free WI-FI and a dedicated workspace. Primary bathroom has dual sinks and a spacious walk-in shower.  The second bedroom has a queen size bed, twin bunk beds, and Smart TV.  The bathroom is directly across the hall with a shower/tub combo. In the closet of the second bedroom, you’ll find extra chairs for socializing on the deck, fishing poles and lifejackets in case you’d like to take the kayak out for a tour of Canoe Lake. Forgot your tennis racquets? No problem! There is pickleball equipment for you to enjoy at the tennis court which is only steps away from your door. 
Planning to fish? The Canoe Lake Casita comes with a dedicated boat slip which is viewable from your balcony, and a fish cleaning stand is perfectly located right next to the boat slip. There is also a neighborhood boat launch and boat trailer parking you can use during your stay. Take a short cruise through Little Bay to fish Aransas Bay and beyond! The Bayhouse Complex also has three sparkling swimming pools to keep you cool during your stay. The largest of these three pools is just around the corner from your stairway and is also viewable from the balcony.

Bayhouse is located off Fulton Beach Road and just minutes from all the area has to offer. Enjoy spending time eating out at our wonderful local restaurants and shopping at the multitude of amazing local businesses. The Rockport/Fulton area is well known for its many year-round festivals, market days, art galleries, fishing, and birding. There is something for everyone at the Canoe Lake Casita!

Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations less than 30 days must be made 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. For reservations made less than 14 days before arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay.
