Towing is strict in the building hence parking pass needs to be secured in advance and properly displayed that can be easily seen by building staff during patrol.

HOUSE RULES:

Absolutely no smoking or parties allowed. Fines up to $1000 for smoking/parties that disturb the neighbors. This is a non-smoking building.
