Excellent Stay

Our stay at this condo was perfect. The condo was clean, located near restaurants, stores, and Metro rail. Extremely easy to get to the DC MUSEUMS. Would stay again.

Great location, communication, cleanliness, and amenities

My wife and I wanted a place near the Metro for ease of access to the city. This apartment was perfect. Very short walk to the Metro, and a parking space in the garage included. The apartment was stocked with toiletries, which was a very nice touch. Communication with the host was easy, with very prompt replies to our questions. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location!

Nice place, close to Metro and great neighborhood with many restaurants and things to do. Too bad the pool and hot tub were closed down for the season it was still in the 80’s in mid October. Really, no complaints about our stay. Highly recommend!

Great place, great location

The only reason I gave one star less for accuracy is because the pool isn’t open year round. Otherwise, we had everything we needed and getting around was easy. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Great place to stay

Very clean, central location close to Metro. Access to fitness facility was a nice feature. Outdoor pool was closed to the season, but it wasn’t swimming weather in any case.

Best unit at ballston

We have stayed in other units in this complex. This one by far was the cleanest and best put together! We have already rebooked at this unit for our trip this June.

Tunji was our contact and was very quick to answer any communication we had. Check-in process was seamless. No issues with anything. Liked the balcony. Easy access to the Metro. Would recommend this as a place to stay.

Great location and has all essentials

We booked last minute and location was great. Close to metro and check in was easy. We requested early check in and Tunji was easy to work with. House was clean, well furnished and had all the essentials. The only issue was no Keurig pods which was annoying but Starbucks was close. Check out process was more involved but Tunji provided clear instructions. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice 1 bdrm. apartment with balcony for couple or single. Kitchen well stocked with necessities such as Keurig, coffee, toaster, utensils, etc. good shower. Helpful front desk staff. Host very communicative.

Great location

The location was perfect. The communication with the property manager was open and easy. Very accommodating. The property itself was not clean. There were stains in the bathroom sink. The couch looked like it was just used - used blanket was unfolded on the couch. The floor had hair - blonde, while we are brunettes. The blinds in the bedroom are damaged and did not keep any light out of the room.

Good Stay

Our stay was nice. The host was very responsive and helpful and kind. My only thoughts are that the comforter seemed kind of shabby and the blinds are broken in the bedroom, leaving an opening that streams light in. The place was clean, but I thin the rug in the bedroom was a little old and shabby. Also, it would be nice to include a few Keurig pods for guests to have. I did get the email for check out instructions until I checked out - that is my fault I checked the app but not my email. I asked at the front desk if I should strip the bed and they said "absolutely not" - I then got home and checked my email and saw that I was supposed to. I am sorry. It is too bad one does not get text alerts and not emails or just give the check out instructions with the check in. When I checked in, the front desk worker was busy talking to delivery people and did help when she was finished her conversation and helped me with parking, but the lady when I checked out was super attentive. All in all, it was nice, but for the money spent, little touches that I mentioned would be good and that comforter needs to go. It is not warm and looks old and unclean- though I am sure it is - it is just worn. It is more of a blanket. Thank you.

The apartment suited our needs - clean, plenty of towels, hot water and water pressure great, kitchen stocked with the right utensils, good sized bedroom and living/dining area. Washer/dryer works well. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Ballston. The hotel is in a great location for access to 2 metro stops - only 3-4 blocks walk. There are LOTS of restaurants within a short walk, also a grocery, pharmacy, pretty much everything you need.
