🚗 Smooth Traffic Flow: Traffic along these routes is generally smooth, especially during non-peak hours. However, there may be some congestion during typical rush hours (7:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.), so plan accordingly if you're traveling during these times.

🔇 No Parties or Loud Noise: Please respect quiet hours after dark to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
🚭 No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. If you smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

🔒 Home Security & Care
✔️ Lock all doors when leaving the property. Windows do not open—please do not attempt to force them.
🛋️ Do not move furniture. If necessary, return everything to its original position before check-out.
📸 Security Camera
A security camera is installed outside near the entrance for everyone’s safety. It does not record inside the home and complies with privacy policies. Please don’t unplug or tamper with it during your stay.
📺 Additional TV Services
If guests choose to add or purchase any additional TV packages (such as premium channels or special bundles), the cost must be covered by the guest. Management is not responsible for unauthorized additional charges. 💳

🐶 Pet Policy
We allow a maximum of 4 dogs per stay. The fee is $60 for each small dog and $100 for each large dog. All dogs must be declared in advance.
