The main house features two full kitchens (one upstairs and one downstairs), a commercial elevator, indoor and outdoor dining areas, three king-size en-suite bedrooms (the master is located downstairs), and covered patios and balconies with stunning water views. It also features another bedroom (queen) upstairs, which can also serve as an office, or a full bath can be located directly outside the bedroom door.

The tower over the garage features two en-suite king bedrooms with a mini kitchen and eating area, marble floors throughout, and a shared covered balcony offering views of the Florida Bay and nightly sunsets.

Guests can relax and enjoy the separate game cottage, which features a pool table, darts, board games, an outdoor shower, an indoor bathroom, a wet bar, and plenty of seating to watch the big-screen TV.

Guests enjoy the private amenities of this pristine one-acre property directly on the Florida Bay. A beautiful, large pool with spa, plenty of sunny patios, and a beachfront area to enjoy the wonderful Keys weather. We also have a private sandy beach for Bay access, and a private jetty with a Tiki hut. The new pier is designed to accommodate two or more larger boats. There is also a gas grill, a year-round “Pool Room” featuring a wet bar and ice machine, a Sonos sound system, a TV, and plenty of outdoor sunbathing spots, as well as ample parking. The laundry room boasts 2 washers and 2 dryers for maximum convenience. Please note that access to the property is limited to rental guests only.
