Acogedora, tranquila, completamente remodelada, 3 habitaciones (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins) 2 baños ofrece espaciosa cocina en comedor, encimeras de cuarzo y granito, área de comedor, fabulosos pisos de baldosas en todo el piso de vidrio, muchos naturales luz, baño y medio, y una ducha al aire libre !! El dormitorio principal tiene baño privado, entrada privada y vistas de vidrio de piso a techo que te quitan el aliento. Second time staying here and it was just as perfect this time too. Such a special place w old Florida vibes. So much wildlife just out your doorstep. Within the first day we saw dolphins, turtles, manatees, barracuda, lobsters, parrotfish, nurse sharks, crabs, pufferfish, birds, iguanas, sting rays, and cute kitties!

Gorgeous spot

The cottage has a ton of property, combined hard sand and grass which our little dog did a lot running around on.The dock is old but very sturdy. We had a boat there. The house has 3 big bedrooms and one tiny bath w a shower and an even tinier master powder room. You can shower outside though, which could be cleaner..I would have liked the few lights available, to work. All in all, it’s a great spot and a doable cottage.

Paradise

We have stayed in several rental homes but this one is by far the dreamiest. The home is small but nicely updated. Nice open floor plan and unbeatable views. Spotlessly clean. Well stocked kitchen. My two teens were in heaven fishing, snorkeling and kayaking in their backyard. Priceless family memories. We can’t wait to go back!

Family vacation for 3 generations

This property was prefect for our family vacation gathering. All one level, which was great for my Dad who has mobility issues. The beach area and water depths were perfect for my kiddos (ages 8 & 10). So much wildlife was seen from the dock alone - Manatee, Lemon Shark, Nurse Shark, Spotted Eagle Ray, Barracuda, Osprey, Cormorants, and more! The home had everything we needed for cooking family meals. One thing i didn't realize, there is only one indoor shower. But that was on me, for not asking the host. We made it work. What i loved, was each bedroom had its own cooling zone! Great for when your Dad likes sleeping at 78, while your hubby from New England loves it below freezing. As a native Conch... this gets my stamp of approval on how to stay in the Keys. Memories were made and my kids can't wait to come back.

Shearwater 2023 Keys Trip

Our vacation was awesome! The owners of the home were very helpful from making the reservations to communicating back and forth throughout our stay. The location was perfect we brought our Shearwater Boat in order for us to fish and lobster while there. The view was spectacular. The house has everything you would need to cook. Super clean! We will be planning our next stay very soon. Thank you!

Great property in a stunning location

This was our first trip to the Keys and hopefully not our last. The property is in a great location, private, with stunning views and access to the water. We travelled with our 2 sons, so 4 of us in the property and there was plenty of room. We loved being able to use the kayaks and spending time on the dock watching the fish and even saw a few nurse sharks!! The house was clean, tidy and well stocked and the owners are really helpful and very responsive. Trips we took down to Key West and the Everglades, Turtle Hospital were fantastic, a bit of driving required but worth it. Would definitely use the property again.

Fabulous. Everything was awesome. Beautiful, all the kitchen stuff, fabulous views.

Was a much needed get away from taking care of parents. Beautiful property. Everything you could need. Fabulous views. Loved every minute and truly hated to leave and head back to reality. Sat outside with our coffee or champagne every morning. Loved every minute. Definitely would recommend and hope to come back soon.

Paradise Found!!

This house is a gem, the location can't be beat. At the end of a long drive, away from road noise right into the ocean. The views are spectacular and as stated, the beach is rocky but the dock worked great for swimming. We kayaked right off the beach The house is small but has enough space to not feel crowded. We were barely inside anyway. Clean and well stocked kitchen. The master bath is small but the outside shower is perfect. We had no trouble sharing it between 6 of us. It is centrally located on the Keys, easy to get to Key West/Bahia Honda or any of the activities right in town--great shops, dining and pickleball courts. Would love to return again soon!!! The owner was super responsive and helpful!

Beautiful waterfront bungalow

The house is location next to the water and incredible nature. Snorkeling and fishing right off your private deck is wonderful. Also the bird wildlife is remarkable. Will definitely return. The house is perfect for a small group (4-6) of nature lovers.

Wonderful Location

Great little house located in the best spot in the Keys! You can fish right off the dock and swim with the parrot fish as well. Very very quiet location. House was very cute, although the bathrooms are very small. I ended up using the outdoor shower the entire trip, not a big deal, but the women weren’t having it. House is perfect for a couple, anything more than two people the shower situation could be an issue. Don’t let the shower situation sway you too much, the houses next to it rent for 1200$ a nite, this is a GREAT place.

Perfect vacation get-away

The house was located right on the e beach with a nice dock. The guys had a lot of fun fishing and swimming off the dock. At night we had a relaxing fire in the firepit. The house was beautiful inside. Spacious well equipped granite kitchen. Comfortable living and dining rooms, all overlocking the water thru big glass windows. All three bedrooms had nice big flat screen tv's. The 6 of us had a great time and would definitely recommend this property a return trip
