The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.

No Smoking Inside: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Please use designated outdoor areas if needed.
PETS:
We welcome well behaved pets with prior host approval. Please include your pet in the reservation. The platform only allows one pet fee—additional pets must be paid separately via the Resolution Center or invoice. Pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay. All pets must be pre-approved.
Guests must clean up after their pets. Unauthorized or unreported pets may result in fines up to $500, plus any damages or extra cleaning.
Respect the Neighbors: Be considerate of the surrounding residents. Do not block their parking spots or driveways. This is a residential neighborhood, so please observe quiet times from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Parties: NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. Gatherings must be limited to our MAX occupancy. Violating this rule will result in a mandatory $2000 fine and forfeit of your rent.
Disclaimer: We have EXTERIOR security cameras at the entrance of our home that record activity when someone enters or leaves the area. These cameras ensure compliance with our House Rules, including monitoring occupancy, pet policy, smoking policy, and party/guest policy. Footage remains private and is used solely for these purposes and liability.
Local Guests: Local guests must contact us before booking. We cannot host local guests without prior authorization or preapproval. We reserve the right to decline bookings from guests who refuse to complete our pre-screening process or disagree with our house rules.
Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Owner was very helpful and responsive and house is great. We also recommend a visit to Lackland Grocery across the street.

The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s is an absolute beauty. The finishes are premium and you can tell they put thought in to the aesthetic. The rooftop area has a skyline view. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Close to everything! Highly recommend!

We Regret Staying Here
To the host:
I’ve never left a review of a vacation rental less than the full five stars. I understand your rating dramatically affects your property’s profitability, but there were more than a few items that made our stay with you far less enjoyable than we were hoping. Hopefully this feedback will help you make changes for future guests.
- The hot tub’s water was disgusting. On the first night we attempted to enjoy the hot tub, but were met with a thick film of scum across the surface prior to us ever turning on the jets.
- The first level’s bedroom had stains all over the walls and cockroaches on the floor.
- The TV remote only worked if plugged into a USB-C charger. We had a USB-C charger so it wasn’t a big deal, but I’m assuming many guests would not.
- By far the biggest thing, and the reason I’m so frustrated, is the bed count in the property’s description is blatantly deceptive. The listing states there are five beds. One room has two queens, one room has one king, and one room has a king and a twin. We would have never booked your place knowing there were only four beds. Some of our guests slept on the floor!
Hopefully either you or VRBO will make this right. To future guests, this place is in a good location, has some nice finishes and a great view of downtown from the rooftop. If they correct the items I mentioned above, I would stay here.

First, we’d like to state that we take pride in maintaining our home and ensuring a pleasant stay for everyone. Regarding the hot tub, we have regular maintenance and cleaning schedules in place, and we deeply regret if the water did not meet expectations during your stay. We’ve immediately addressed the issue with our service provider to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
As for the issues with the bedroom, we want to clarify that we take cleanliness very seriously and always address any concerns brought to our attention promptly. If there were any cleanliness issues or pests, we would have appreciated the opportunity to address them during your stay. We’ve since had our cleaning and pest control professionals verify that everything is up to standard.
Now, regarding the bed count: our listing clearly specifies the bed configuration, including the number of beds and room layouts. In fact, you admitted in your communication that you hadn’t thoroughly read the listing before booking, and then attempted to use this oversight as grounds for a demand for a refund. We take pride in being transparent in our descriptions, and we are confident that the details provided are accurate. It's unfortunate that this misunderstanding led to frustration on your part, but we cannot offer a refund based on something that was clearly outlined before your booking.
We also want to address the nature of your communication. You threatened to leave a negative review unless we provided a refund, which we feel was an attempt at extortion. We want to emphasize that we are always open to constructive feedback, but we also must protect the integrity of our business and property.
We’re sorry to hear that your stay wasn’t as enjoyable as you hoped. We work hard to ensure every guest has a pleasant experience, and we will certainly take your comments into consideration for future improvements. However, as mentioned, we cannot provide a refund in this instance.
